I’ve tried a lot of gyms over the years and Seminole Strength is hands down the best one I’ve tried. All the equipment you need for strength sports or body building or if you just want to get strong. The owners are super nice and helpful and the atmosphere is so great. It’s everything my experience in commercial gyms was lacking.

Love this gym, everyone who goes there is super friendly and helpful. Bonus is that the gym is 24 hours so busy days are no big deal and you can go when it’s best for you. Love the feel, 10/10 would recommend over any other gym.

Stopped by this gym on my friend's recommendation a year ago and I haven't seen a comparable gym anywhere. Owner makes you feel like family and has a genuine interest in your weightlifting success. Best gym I've ever attended, hands down

I can’t say enough good things about this gym, came In looking for a change in atmosphere, I was tired of the typical gyms around town. Jeremy and Shelly (owners) are probably 2 of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, they’ve remembered me by name since the day I signed up. you get a really good “welcome home” type feel whenever you’re there. Jeremy being a world record holder you have access to some of the best lifting minds in the sport and this is an all around great place to workout, fits any schedule since it’s 24 hours accessible with more equipment than you’ll know what to do with. All around fantastic gym, I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Easily the best gym in Tallahassee! The owners are amazing, and are willing to help whenever you need it. The atmosphere of this gym is way better than any commercial fitness place; it makes you want to keep coming back. I wouldn’t work out any where else in the Tallahassee area. The equipment they have is perfect if you want to body build or power lift, they’ve got it all.

Any piece of equipment you could need is there, the atmosphere is amazing, the gym members are all like family and help each other learn and grow everyday! Great equipment, great people, great atmosphere, all at a great price. I spent several months in Tallahassee for work in 2016, and Jeremy and Shelly made me feel like a good friend and extremely welcome during my time in town. Plus, where else can you hang out with and get trained by the world's best bench presser, Jeremy Hoornstra?!Awesome gym.
