Gym is very nice and staff very friendly. The equipment is always working unlike their competition. The only complaint is the gym is way to hot inside it is hard to workout being so hot. Seems like their a/c either isn’t working or doesn’t work that well

Dishonest gym chain. my local Youfit closed and Youfit quietly transferred all memberships to far away gyms AND then sent folks to collections with outrageous late fees (for memberships people did not know they had!) Will never trust Youfit again - no wonder their ratings are in the dumpster

I was overcharged for my monthly bill, accordingly to multiple staff members and the manager is the only one who can help me resolve it. I’ve been blown off by the manager multiple times now.

This place is amazing. They care about their members and give constant encouragement all the time. They stay with you on your journey to better health

I used a 3 day free pass this was my first time coming to this gym. The lady checked me ini I explained that this was my first time she said I’m good to go… no one explained anything to me I was not given a tour of the place or anything no one explained the different classes or anything. Not professional at all if I was thinking about becoming a member, not any more after that experience

I’ve been a proud member of this gym since it’s opened. I gotta say they’ve stepped up tremendously with the new management and team they have here. Everyone is so friendly and it’s a great place to feel supported with crushing fitness goals. The facility is clean 24/7. All of the personal trainers are super knowledgeable with what they’re doing and always a great motivator to help you with your journey. To anyone looking to better themselves, now is the time with the staff they got!

This is my gym. I go to both monroe and to Mayhan because I’ll take Zumba classes six days a week. Everyone is friendly, the bathroom is always clean. There’s always toilet paper. There is always sanitizer and paper towels. I recommend this gym highly. I have been a member for a very long time and I will continue to be so. The classes that are run by teachers are of mini variety and they are consistently excellent.

Disappointing, together with my wife we ​​took a plus membership, the girl at the front desk told us that it was on promotion and had no annual fee, and after a month they simply charged us the annuity without notifying us. very bad customer service. The idea is to sell the membership according to without fees or anything like that, only the monthly payment, but it is not like that.

The gym is kept very clean, tons of equipment to choose from, staff are very nice and friendly. The personal trainers are great to work with and will listen if you tell them your goals. I highly recommend this gym.

I’ve been working out at this YouFit for about 9 months and it’s been nothing but a positive experience every single day. My trainer, Michael, has been nothing if not a major reason for that positive experience. A wonderful and friendly staff always ready to greet you and an easygoing environment (especially if you’re able to work out by 5:30). Could not recommend this YouFit enough!
