I found this yoga studio about 2 months ago and fell in love after my first class. I was searching for a donation based studio which is what my former studio in AL switched to and Arizona Yoga Co was first on my list. I make the drive from East Mesa a few times a week and it's worth it. All the instructors are amazing and welcoming. The studio has such a awesome vibe. I've been telling everyone I know to come take a class. 💖

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the drop in class- so much that we make it a regular part of our girl’s days! The instructors are amazing and the classes always have me feeling blissed out after. Love this community yoga spot.

I've been doing yoga for a very long time but I have only been going to this studio for about 6 months. There is a lot to like about this studio, the classes are great, and can be as challenging as you choose. There is never any pressure for you or your practice to look or feel a certain way. It's donation based and I'm happy to be putting my money into an organization with good ethos. My favorite classes are the candle lit Sunday evening ones. They have a vinyasa followed by yin and it's a the perfect way to spend 2 hours.

I started attending classes at AZ Yoga Co about a year and a half ago, and haven't gone anywhere since, that's how good they are. The instructors are wonderful, the location is convenient, and the workshops are fun and diverse. I always come away from class feeling better than I did going in. AZ Yoga Co provides such an essential and unique contribution to the community.
