Worst experience ever. I can't rate the class due to such poor customer service I was unable to take it. After several reach outs I agreed to the free trial class. I was looking forward to getting back into pilates after several years off and thought it was so convenient that it was right near home. After scheduling my free class experience, I received several emails and texts. Some of these texts had no awareness I was already there. I get there for my free class and am required to purchase "grippy socks." I noted in all the phone confirmations, they could have said that. They noted it was in one of the emails. I asked if they could take electronic payment or Apple Pay and they said no. I asked if they could bill me or I could reschedule. They said they would hate for me to have to do that but offered no solutions. After three people behind the desk just starring at me I left and said I would just have to try another time. Worst customer service and when someone is trying out a brand new studio and exercise, this was not helpful, nor kind. Save your time and try a different studio that employs friendly people.

I just went for the free intro class and it was amazing! The staff was so kind and friendly. It felt like a very safe and welcoming environment for any and all body types. Once I’m able to, I’m definitely signing up for the 4 classes a month! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place for beginners to feel safe, or even pros looking to get a fun and unique type of workout surrounded by likeminded people from all walks of life. There are classes for all levels and they will even talk 1:1 with you to determine which class(es) would be best for you.Thank you again for the great class! Hope to be back soon!

I love all classes here. Especially cardio+pilates classes are the best. I stopped going to orange theory.

I really enjoy the club, the instructors are great. They watch you to make sure you are in the correct position, which other gym do not do. I have had a great experience each time I go, and learn about my body. I am so glad that I join the club.

I would highly recommend this location as it has the best manager who takes the best care of her clients as well as amazing instructors who do the same. They are so welcoming and make you comfortable when you are new which is so refreshing! I loved my class and will be back. Thank you so much!

I've been attending Club Pilates for about a month in a half now and I absolutely love it. I've been searching for something like this forever. If you are prone to re-injuring yourself, see if this cycle sounds familiar. 1. Work out. 2. Re-injure a pre-existing injury. 3. Quit because the workout will make injury worse. My problem, like many others, is a lack of strength and flexibility. Every time I try to solve this problem, I hurt myself trying to build strength. I’m forced to rest and by the time the injury feels better, I’ve lost all of my progress. This is where Pilates comes in. I’ve avoided it for two years because of the price. Now that I’m in it, I wish I would have started a couple of years ago. And the best part?! I hurt myself again recently (outside of class), and I CAN STILL TAKE CLASSES! This is huge for me. No progress lost. Why? Because the trainers are AMAZING at working around injuries. Not only are the classes great for people with injuries, but they are highly effective as well. My body is building strength, I can feel and see it everywhere. For the review that said you can't get toned here, it's not true. You can. The results are clear on me and I've only been going about twice a week.I could not be happier with Club Pilates.

I would not recommend these classes to anyone. To start, the classes are easy. If you want to tone your body and increase flexibility, do yoga and buy some resistance bands to use in a home workout. I have taken the 1 and 1.5 classes (because the others need instructor approval) and I have yet to even break a sweat, which is incredibly disappointing. They use a lot of props that make the movements awkward and stop you from really getting a good stretch, which I find weird. If the yoga poses were done properly on a mat, they would have more of an effect, but they insist on using props here. The instructors do not participate in the class with you so there are several times when we're all looking around at each other trying to figure out how to position our bodies. I've hurt my back in these classes from awkward positioning and after speaking with others, injuries seem common.I'd signed up because I had been led to believe that the classes would get harder, but adding an extra minute to the plank section (which you could do at home) from the 1 class to the 1.5 class seems silly. I hadn't worked out much during quarantine so I came into these classes expecting to at least be sore after the classes, but have yet to be sore from a class or even break a sweat, which is why I feel it's a massive waste of money. There is also a lot of talk of weight loss during these classes, which makes me uncomfortable. I understand that losing weight is some people's workout goal, but it feels weird and honestly tacky when it's mentioned to everyone.Haleigh did reach out regarding my concerns, but her response on the phone was much different from the one here. The only solution that was offered was an $85 private class to replace the four $80 classes in my membership. I have no idea why a business would not cancel a membership if the customer is unhappy unless they are having financial issues. I had expected a better solution than being told to continue going to classes while very unhappy, but they are only interested in your money and not your wellbeing. I was really disappointed by her attitude on the phone and had hoped we could reach a better agreement. In summary, I really do not recommend Club Pilates at all after this awful experience and feel awful that I'm wasting my money and seeing no results.

Club Pilates, especially this Tempe location, is awesome. The community and staff are incredibly welcoming/fun and feel like family; and the classes are consistent enough in schedule and structure to build a weekly workout routine around, but also varied enough in content to hold your attention and help you address and discover new fitness needs and approaches. Most of all, all of the instructors have been incredibly helpful and supportive of helping me meet my personal fitness needs through both the many adjustments they build into each and every class and personal attention and recommendations they provide throughout the process! Also, the wide variety of tools they make use of (barre, reformer, springboard, hand weights, etc.) really sets Club Pilates classes apart from other options available.

I have been a member since they opened. This is my gym, happy hour, social hour and lifeline. The classes are never boring. I am so much stronger and flexible and I feel great thanks to Club Pilates!! I have never had an issue with the billing or finance piece as others have stated. During the pandemic closure, they were more than fair in the options they offered. Love this place!!!
