Whenever I get an opportunity to workout at Dragon Snake MMA and Fitness I am grateful! I not only great a workout in but I also learn a lot about mixed martial arts and health and fitness. Ricky and his team are great to work with and are always supportive and motivating. If you’re in the area, I recommend checking them out!

This place is absolutely amazing. Since I started training with coach Rick I’ve been able to take off 42 pounds in 5 months and still losing. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to this gym and now getting in fighting shape to compete! 10/10 would recommend. Come try a class. You won’t regret it. I didn’t.

I HIGHLY recommend Dragon-Snake MMA. I came in with no real background and Ricky is turning me into a skilled fighter. The little background I did have at attempting boxing and Krav Maga was very short lived and now I know why: because they weren't trainers like Ricky. He is the difference. When I say this man is good I mean he is EXCELLENT. His energy always high and positive. His knowledge and training style is of a high caliber that is hard for others to compete with. His establishment is professional. clean and sets a tone that everyone appreciates. 5 STARS all the way around!

Have an interest in MMA and getting back in shape but maybe you're a bit unsure or too intimidated to try it out? I was in the same situation but one personal session with coach Rick and I was hooked! Coach Rick is an experienced instructor and he has a very well thought out and fun program when it comes to learning this awesome sport. The workouts are fantastic and even if you're just there to lose some weight or achieve some personal goals Rick will train you with the same passion that he trains his competitive fighters. You can workout anywhere but for the cost of joining a normal gym why not learn a potentially life saving skill in the process!
