I believe that going to Sid and Explosive Athletes is one of the most life-changing experiences you’ll ever have. I personally can say that working with him will have you growing as an athlete and is completely beneficial in whatever sport you play. He’ll push you to the max and make sure you never skip or give out on reps and behind that, will give you a loving and accepting atmosphere. I promise that a little time with Sid will change your approach toward your sport and can help you reach any goal you want to accomplish.

Explosive athletes institute has been a very consistent gym for years to come now. The main owner (Sid Sharma) has the best customer service and training style known to man. Not only does he break down your functionalities through cutting edge science, but he’s also a great mentor who is willing to help on any level other than physically! There aren’t very many words to describe someone of his stature. He truly is a one of a kind person at his profession and his heart. I’ve gotten so much further along in life and in my career with all of his creative movement’s and high level life expertise as well. I’m hoping there is a way that one day his light will touch everyone’s heart. The same way it did for me and thousands of others in the process. Knowing Sid for almost 7 years now has been such a pivotal game changer. There isn’t one time where he won’t be a man of his word. Hell always do what he’s say he will and then fold. Ride for him and he’ll give you much more in return. I’m more than blessed and lucky to have hit as a great friend a trainer. In all honestly without him I wouldn’t have as strong of a will to keep pursuing what I want in life. Not to mention his facility is state of the art with 12/13 equipment. Sometimes I’ve dreamed of living at EAI because I just love to be there. Definitely feels like home. Just knowing that with Sid in your life you will be taken care of in all aspects. He will hold you accountable and never let you slip. Shout out to him for everything he does. I want to see Arizona and the world continue to rise in his behalf!!!
