As a busy Dad who has done orangetheory for years, HotWorx is an upgrade in efficiency and results on so many levels. First first of all, flexibility because you can drop in anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and classes are ran virtually that start every 15 min. Workouts are only 15 minutes to 45min. The infrared just has you feeling happy when you leave for the next day or two. Oh, and it's half the price of orangetheory. So you can go drop in whenever you can make time, better results in half the time, oh and this location actually has dedicated parking you can drive right up. Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade!

I had my first session at HOTWORX. What a great workout! I felt amazing after. The owner Daynia is so knowledgeable about the benefits of infra red heat. The place was clean and it had everything you needed. I would highly recommend it.

Just transferred to this location from Utah and I love it! The staff is super nice and welcoming. The saunas are clean and ready to use. I’ve hated the gym experience pretty much my whole life but HOTWORX is soooo different. I love it and I’ve seen major results!

I love HOTWORX so much!!! The workouts are so fun and easy to follow along. You get such a great workout in a short amount of time. I have already seen the results start happening. My scoliosis pain has subsided and I am able to do the workouts pain free. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. They want to see you succeed!! HOTWORX is the best ever!

Everything about hotworx is amazing. The community it’s great, and the workouts are even better! It’s such a welcoming and safe place. The saunas leave you feeling refreshed, detoxed and overall better. The virtual instructors have such a positive attitude and give tons a modifications and different teaching styles. I love this place!

Hotworkx Tempe, is my second home! The staff to the owner are so sweet and welcoming! It’s definitely worth signing up! Always so welcoming and eager to help! I drive from Phoenix and I wouldn’t have it any other way!! The workouts are challenging and new videos come out, they have an awesome fx zone as well! Take a class and jump right in! It will be your favorite place to come too!

Hotworx is so awesome. I enrolled today and couldn’t be more excited about getting into all the sessions. The management was engaging and explained everything to me very well. The atmosphere is upbeat and inclusive. Best of all the sauna heat concept is better than any other type of “hot” workout I’ve ever seen!

Today was my first visit to HOTWORKX and I can say it did not disappoint. If you are debating if you want to do it I say go for it. The saunas are amazing, a little intimidating at first but great once the workout starts. The workout videos are very encouraging and the in person staff is so nice, helpful, and personal. The technology that have is so cool but it is easy to use. The have a vending machine and even a shower. FX Zone is really nice and although I did not use it today I am excited to use it next time! It was an amazing experience and I am glad I got a membership today!
