Great gym! John Long and Jason Ellegood are some of the best coaches I have worked with. They have lots of classes for beginners, intermediate, and advance fighters. The gym is very clean and has a variety of unique gym equipment you can’t find at other gyms. I’m happy I found Jab Fitness.
