Excellent Kajukenbo training, and doubly so for any Christian seeking Christ centered martial arts training. Focused on defense with proper use of offensive maneuvers to disable an attacker. Powerful training across the board: spiritually, mentally & physically. Highly recommended.

Sifu Dennis, Sigung Lin and Instructor Joey are the best. Great instruction, caring and personal. Definitely a family atmosphere. Highly recommended?

Great blend of fitness and form. GM Kam is the real deal as are the assistant instructors. While part of a larger Kenpo community, this is still an independent operation that is flexible to our needs.
