I love sns! I've have been able to lose 30 lbs and go from a size 14 down to a size 8. I love that you have the option of going 6 days a week and there are times to fit any schedule. Everyone there so so supportive and encouraging... like family! Trainer Abi is the best!

I started at Strong ‘N’ Sexy a year ago. Within the last year I’ve lost over 10% of my body fat. 5% of which I lost in the first 6 weeks of being there. I’ve grown, learned, and pushed myself mentally due to the owners Jess and Adam. For me this gym took me from eating once a day MAYBE to eating 3 full meals and still wanting more. From being suicidal almost daily to the thought never crossing my mind because of how happy and joyful I find my every day life. To being 21 and having usual life hardships and feeling alone in them to having a family of AMAZING woman to fall back on for support. When they say this is a transformation gym they really mean in all aspects of your life not just physically! This place easily goes from a gym to a home in a matter of a week for everyone who joins. I honestly don’t know where I would have ended up this year without them.

I joined this gym before having surgery and had an agreement with the owners that I wouldn’t be charged while I was in recovery for 6 weeks. I still got charged over the 6 weeks. The owner did agree to not charge me for an equal period when I got back so that was good. When I returned to the gym 6 weeks later the entire culture had changed, over half the women I worked out with left suddenly. I heard through the grapevine this was related to financial issues the gym was having. At that point I decided I wanted out. I agreed to pay the owners $240 and leave. I was charged $354. I reached out to the owner (Jess) to get this resolved. She didn’t respond for several days and when she did she explained she’d look into it. There was no apology, no sense of urgency and no clear timeframe given. I actually had to reach out again to ask if she had followed up. She said she had but after 8 days still no refund. Considering a dozen or so women left, a history of billing mistakes and the general customer service I have filed a chargeback through my bank. Besides the multitude of financial issues I would say what makes this gym good is Adam. Him and his wife own SandS. His wife (Jess) is decent and the other trainer is young and inexperienced. If Adam taught all the classes I would say the 70+ per week rate was worth it but unfortunately he doesn’t and for the very high cost you want to feel like you are with someone who is certified and knowledgeable.

They promise you that they will refund you if you meet your goals and you do but they never give you your money back it’s a scam to get you to pay at front and keep your money if could give them 0 I would be careful
