Not too busy. I use 11 different machines every session and never wait for more than 1. Usually no wait at all. Tanning, Red light therapy & Water massages are unbeatable add ons. Tanning booths work well too, I use them twice a week and never go above 7min because they are strong.

This is an incredible gym with some of the friendliest and most professional employees! Zach the manager has helped me out a lot since signing up and I’m happy I chose this gym to go to. Definitely recommend!

Cheyenne is a very professional associate. She really simplified the entire sign on experience and answered any questions I’ve had so far. Aside from that she is incredibly friendly and easy going. She always makes sure members come first.

Love this Gym. Staff is knowledgeable, and great to work with. Gym is super clean and equipment is always in working condition. Work out at this location when I'm in the area.

Definitely my favorite location to go to. Parking is east and the staff is always friendly, Zak is really informative and helpful. Everything is always super clean as well including the restroom/locker rooms every time i go. Great place!

I absolutely love the environment at fitness 19 but more specifically the staff! The companies best employee is Cheyanne! Cheyanne always has a huge smile on her face right when you walk in the door, welcoming customers and willing to help in any way possible. She has allowed me to look forward to coming to the gym!

Very good equipment but the trainers who man the front desk are not very helpful and in signing one up give information that is not accurate. I rarely see the the trainers circulating in the gym to offer tips and be helpful. They may not get paid for that but might pick up some new clients.

This company is absolutely awful. There process to cancel services is horrendous. I called to cancel my membership and was told I needed to email my request in. The person I spoke with gave me the wrong account number and now I’ve had to deal with an incompetent customer service team.It’s been 6 months that I’ve contributed to be charged. Now that I’m requesting a refund they want to hind me accountable for their own employees mistakes in giving me the wrong account number to close.The account number the employee gave me over the phone was for a completely different location that I had not been to in over 2 years and that account was indisputably closed. So rather than using common sense to know I need to close the active account they want to continue to charge me and say I never asked for closure. Even though I sent them their own confirmation email back to them telling them I did indeed request to close. Thanks for nothing. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience by far. I’d rather pay the money at 24 hour fitness or Gold gym to actually deal with people who have common sense.
