Not cheap and its small, but it's got everything you need. I work nights so I use it after work at 3am so it's great to have the whole place to yourself.

They lock you into a year contract. When my partner and I signed up we were told that we would receive workouts sent to us as part of the silver membership. When I mentioned I was not receiving them to the owner he said that was not something that was part of our membership. My partner and I signed up for small group training sessions. We were cancelled on multiple times and never got 3 sessions within the week. When I brought this up to the owner he did not acknowledge that we were cancelled on multiple times. A few weeks later we received a phone call from a new trainer saying they heard we were cancelled on multiple times and that is not cool and wanted to get us signed back up for training sessions. It was frustrating when us being canceled on multiple times was not acknowledged when it was going on. But, they would use it to have us sign up for more sessions.
