everyone is responsive when needed, hands off when you would rather just get a workout in. Love the cardio machines where I can work out and watch a ball game at the same time, always a plus.

Almost impossible to cancel. Even when you do, you're still charged. Was told I need paperwork to prove cancellation but the workers failed to provide a copy. 🤡🤡🤡🤡You'll be refunding me the charges I received after my cancellation.
