Here's the quick tour. Hopefully it saves you an unpleasant experience.-Front desk employees have this "I hate my job", "I hate you too", "Why do i have to be here" look in their face.-The cardio equipment is old and just barely operational.-No paper towels.-Restrooms/Gym lockers filthy. They should have a "Enter at your own risk" sign.

Update! Since my last review, I am happy to give this gym 4 stars instead of 1 due to the cleaning crew.Brandy is the best! Vocally shared with her my appreciation for maintaining a cleaner facility for all to use. I had to share on here as well.She is constantly making sure the women’s bathroom and all services in the pool area stay sanitary. Thank-you.———————————Straight up not worth the membership or experience. The experience here can be a lot - My boyfriend and I have been going here for a year and this is the worst facility that 24 has.They haven’t had a cleaning crew for months, the locker rooms, bathrooms, and steam room are all dirty. Feces stains on the men’s bathroom, hair all on the floors and the steam room has so much built up bacteria it leaves a constant bad smell + people are sweating in there are sometimes using their bathing products in there! Beyond unsanitary.

They have alot of equipment machines that u can work out ur whole body and they have this new equipment that I saw on the 1st floor its really good place to work out

Sauna and steam room so nice. Pool is clean every day. Staff is cool too. I don't work here..ijust work out here

If I could give zero stars I would. Front desk girl was so rude when I tried to redeem my buddy pass, and she had the audacity to say "I'm doing you a favor." When I asked what her name was, she refused to tell me.

Decent equipment selection. But nobody enforces wearing masks. I'm literally next to a guy hacking up a storm and he's not wearing a mask at all. Three staff have just walked by.

My go to. I enjoying going to the gym to keep the stress away. Whenever life gets overwhelming, I stop, breathe, then go to the gym to work off the stress. Life has been so busy and hectic lately, I wish I had more time to go to the gym. Just more time in general would be great.
