Jeff has been working with me and does a great job stretching me out. I would most definitely recommend StretchSpot and Jeff if you need a good stretching.

I went into StretchSpot because I was in a lot of pain from a car accident I was in a few years ago & when I started to work out again my whole body was in pain.After just 30 mins I felt such a relief in my lower back & my quads. I am excited to come back next week & see what progress we can make.

I went as a birthday gift from mom and worked with Gabi. It was fantastic, it felt like the exercises and stretches that my physical therapist gave me but better. I would highly recommend to anyone dealing with sciatica.
