Stretch Spot in Torrance is a life-saver! They helped me recover from a nagging injury that had been bothering me for years. The staff are professional and very knowledgeable. The facility is clean and organized. I can't recommend them enough!

I go once a week to see Kwesi... I'm a hairdresser who has been standing for 40 hours a week for 40 plus years....my lower back and hips and ankles are shot... after a couple of sessions with Kwesi I realized I do not ever need to get a massage again... the only reason I can still work 40 + hours a week at age 57 is because of the Stretch Spot!!! They know what is ailing me and give me more mobility and release than I could get with massage... I recommend this place to everybody... I would not be able to be in business if it weren't for the Stretch Spot... my saving grace.. myofacial release is where it's at!!! Your soft tissue and inflammation in your body really do rule your life!!! I am blessed that this place gets me and is so proactive with my movement and circulation issues!!!much respect!Book you appointment now!

Going to the Stretch Spot has given me my life back. I've tried Chiropractic and Physical Therapy for years with little success but now that I am going to the Stretch Spot I am virtually out of pain. I am making travel plans again and feel renewed optimism.

I absolutely love StretchSpot. I have been coming here for a long time and it's always a wonderful experience. I really enjoy getting stretched like a professional athlete. I recommend it for anyone, especially older golfers like me.

I had my first appointment with Kwesi and it was incredible. Kwesi was able to pinpoint and stretch out every area I described to him to a tee. I felt so much better after and I can’t wait for my next session.

Kwesi and his team provide a fantastic, professional stretching experience. Stretching has improved and provided an advantage in my tennis playing activities. In fact, for me, it was not enough to build muscle and achieve mere fitness. I needed and required more flexibility to move about the court as well as my daily life and this is where the Stretch Spot comes in. Grateful and thankful for my pain free, flexibile daily life.

The Stretch Spot dis wonders for me. I came in after a hard workout where i could barely walk, my range of motion greatly improved after just 1 session here. I purchased the intro pack of 3 sessions and so happy that I did. Very friendly staff, very clean, i would highly recommend this place!

I am truly impressed with the efficiency of the customer service and quality of the techs. I am an active female adult in my mid 50's and since my very first session with Kwesi my lower back/sciatic pain and tightness in my hip flexers are gone. It's nice to be able to move without constant pain.

I recently discovered StretchSPOT on Facebookas it popped up a few times as an advertisement. I’d never heard of a stretch studio. I’m all about massage, chiropractic, acupuncture and therapeutic bodywork! So I started perusing the StretchSPOT website and I was curious and intrigued. I’m so glad I made an appointment and I’ve visited three times now. Kwesi and Zoe, the owners are amazing. Jeffery and Gabi have been my therapists and, oh my gosh, I leave feeling totally amazing! Go for a one hour and opt for a full body stretch. That’s the best! The studio is clean, relaxing and calming. The staff follows all of the proper and mandated health and safety protocols. I live outside of California, but I’ll be back again very soon! And guarantee I’ll be visiting StretchSPOT!
