This is my favorite gym I've ever been to. The facility is top notch, the coaching is on point, the workouts are BRUTAL (in the best way possible), but what really sets it apart is the community and the overwhelming positivity. Everyone I met here is welcoming, encouraging, and super friendly - it makes it much easier to show up, even on days when you don't really feel like working out. Highly recommend!

LOVE this gym!! The workouts are always super dynamic and interesting, whether you go on a strength focused day or a cardio focused day. They really do strive to make workouts that work for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned athletes.I joined after sustaining a serious injury and not being able to exercise for almost a year. I was a strong athlete but lost a lot of my strength and stamina from being inactive during my recovery. I have since gained back the fitness I had prior to my injury, and then some! They are very good at working around injuries and providing modifications, when needed.The culture of the gym is equally as amazing as the classes they put on. The coaches as well as the members are the kindest, most encouraging people you’ll ever meet. People of all fitness levels are welcomed and motivated to become the best they can be.

Blueprint LA is an amazing gym with some awesome trainers! Before Blueprint I couldn't find a gym that I liked. Once I started at Blueprint I knew it was a perfect fit! I used to play soccer and missed that feeling of being on a team and having people to push you to work harder and do better. Each and everyday I leave happy and ready for the next workout. All around great gym with a great community and great vibes!!

The energy in this place was off the charts! I never felt bored, the workouts changed every day. Coaches were friendly, motivating, and helpful. Equipment was dope. I would recommend to anyone. Great place to sweat!

In November 2022, my soccer career of 18 years came to an end. In the last 4.5 years of my soccer career I was given the opportunity to compete at the division 1 level. But once my senior season came to an end…I felt lost without the high intensity team workouts that I always knew of. I didn’t know where to start or what workouts I should do to help me continue to build muscle and stay strong. So I started to try all different kinds of workout places from hot yoga sculpt to barre to Pilates to spin and more. However, after trying all of those I still felt unfulfilled because I wanted a community/team that would provide me with the high intensity workouts that I was missing. I wanted a place that would push my limits and where I would walk out after each workout feeling 1% better/stronger each day. I believe I have finally found that place and that place is BPLA. This past month I was able to participate in the Feb 4 U Challenge at BPLA thanks to my sister Candace and I have never felt so fulfilled! I finally found the high intensity workouts that I longed for and a new community/team that welcomed me with open arms and support. After going there for only one month I have never felt stronger or more fit in my life. BPLA provides you a community that will help you achieve whatever fitness goals you have. #YDTLWT

Blueprint has been an amazing experience for me over these 2 months of me being there. The coaches are amazing, the culture is amazing. I’ve always worked out but these workouts have truly pushed me in the right direction. I would recommend blueprint 1000%. #hardestpartisshowingup..

Amazing place to workout, the coach team is very nice and will always make sure to push yourself to get better and stronger. The team is also the best, everybody is here to workout and make friends! Have been working out at BPLA for a year now and will not leave anytime soon!

My friend had been telling me about this gym for a while and I decided to finally give it a try. I joined about 7 weeks ago and have seen the results. Going about 3-5 times a week I have gained muscle and lost fat(22%-18%) in about 6 weeks. The trainers have very good energy and the community of members is welcoming and everybody encourages each other. I had been looking for a gym just like this.

I hadn’t been to a gym since 2019, but at the urging of multiple family members and friends I tried BPLA. After one class I felt like I had found the place to help get me back on track with my fitness goals, and, as a result, get me back in alignment with my life to the time before a demanding job sucked up my time and energy. The programs are carefully planned out, and no two days are the same. Each of the coaches makes you want to run through a brick wall. BPLA is a holistic approach to your health and wellness, from the daily exercises to nutrition and mobility workshops. Absolutely love this spot.

Blueprint is the best gym I have ever attended! It’s the first gym I have been apart of that I actually fell bad when I miss a class! The staff is always friendly and supportive. Coach Shawne is my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of the coaches!
