If I could describe my experience at Blueprint LA in one word, it would be WHOLESOME. Good for your body and good for your soul. The coaches and members are all awesome, inclusive, and encouraging. The equipment is high quality and the facility is always clean. I’ve been a member for a year now and one thing I can count on is that I always leave class or training sesh feeling good and more confident in myself. I feel super lucky to have found a gym like BPLA!

Blueprint is the best gym I have ever been apart of. The community & comradery is like nothing I have ever experienced at any of my previous gyms. It can feel very difficult to have the motivation to get up early and work out some days, but the coaches make each class so fun & enjoyable. You can tell each workout is so thought out and the coaches really care about making the experience for their members the best it can be. And that goes a long way! I can honestly say that I have created friendships with people taking class alongside me as well as the coaches who teach, which is rare at gyms. I always leave feeling empowered and ready to take on my day! I always recommend Blueprint to everyone I can and I will continue to do so because it truly is the best gym out there!

I’ve spent the last 7 weeks being trained by the best coaches and being part of the best community. I didn’t think I’d be able to stay committed or handle the workouts after being out of the exercise scene for soooo long but everyone here is so helpful, inviting, accepting, motivating and FUN! I love it here. Definitely stop by and try it out. You won’t regret it.

I've been missing out! Gym FOMO no more! I missed the Tribe Vibe at UFC Gym (circa 2013). I liked Crossfit, but it was a bit too heavy for me. After a year of no gyms, the Blueprint is what I've been missing. I found my home (playground). I LOVE THIS PLACE! It's in a warehouse, so indoor/outdoor. Classes are small to medium and pretty spaced out. Coaches are the happiest people on the planet, super friendly, positive, high energy, and motivating! We're all ages, shapes, sizes, and skill levels doing the same workout. You can easily scale & modify to not hurt yourself. Classes are done with 2 Coaches and they go around helping/correcting you. The class programming is so well thought out and organized. There's an upper body day, HIIT days, and even a deadlift day! Because the worst thing, can be when coaches don't talk and you end up doing legs 3 days in a row. There are usually 5- 8min Circuits with 2-4 different exercises, so it goes by really fast. It's well thought out because the circuits have everything- push, pull, fast twitch, dynamic, static moves. There's always fun toys to play with- battle ropes, Olympic bars, dumbbells, KB, Sleds, TRX, med balls, and squat bands! And the music is everything! It definitely gets you moving (and maybe some dancing). BLUEPRINT GIVES ME LIFE!

I have been a member of the Blue Print Community for a year. I signed up because at the time my daughter was a coach and she was always so happy to go to work and she would talk about her amazing coworkers and the loving members that I figured I would give it a try- I was intrigued, what person in the early 29s really loves their hi ??? I have joined other gyms or training programs and within 90 days found myself making excuses as to why I was becoming less and less consistent, but that has not happened at Blue Print!! I actually feel like my week lacks positivity if I don’t make it to class at least 4 times a week. For me it’s a combination of being competitive and not with any member but in my head- I have to meet my Myzone monthly goal- nothing worse than getting to the gym and realizing your my fit band is not in your car —-urghhhh. It also has to do with the amazing people I get to work out with- special the 5:00 AM crew, everyone is so encouraging and welcoming, we are all a different fitness levels but I’ve never felt judged when I can’t do something, like the darn box jumps, I feel encouraged when a toss a tire and I hear “look at you go!!!”, I feel understood after that 5th burpee and another classmates says “WTF- these are stupid!!” Yet we finish the set. But above all, it’s the coaching staff, the amount of care they put into preparing the classes from picking the exercises to the way the stations are set up. I am so grateful for their individual pep talks that make me feel that even though I can’t do a specific activity there are variations that will help me reach my goals without putting my body a risk for injury. If you are looking for a place that will challenge and encourage you, a place with a true sense of community then Blue Print is the place to be.

The moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly smiles. Smiles from the coaches & those attending 9am on a Turbo Tuesday! As a 1st timer & someone who didn't workout for months, I was happy to have the support of the coaches. They acknowledged me & allowed me to modify some exercises. At the same time, I was being cheered on by Melisa. I knew this was the place I was looking for.As I continue to attend, I am reassured I made the right decision. The coaches here at BPLA really care for those in this community. I can see why people call this place their 2nd home. I am Grateful to be a part of the TRIBE.

I've been going to BPLA for over 2 years now, there are so many words to describe this gym, the people, and the workouts. It's not just a gym that you walk in and out of to check the box that you worked out. It's a place of community, having real connections with amazing people, workouts that challenge you, and a place you WANT to come back to every single day even if you are absolutely sore from head to toe.Not to mention I've learned so much in so many different aspects of life from the coaches and many others that walk into the gym and I appreciate every second of it.This gym is love, tons of laughter, home, all the vibes, growth, BIG RIPs, and SOOO much more!💙love you all!💙-SpecialK

Initially, I joined this gym because of the variety of class times that were offered and because it's close to home. I am so glad I joined. It’s intimidating joining a new gym but the trainers, the gym owner, and the people were all so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been a member for 2 months now and can see such a difference in my body. I absolutely love the community and the vibe here at bpla. So happy with my choice to join!
