Rich is awesome and always gives his all to make sure you are getting the most out of your workout with him with a nutrition overlay. He is the fitness guru! He now offers online workouts while you are away on business or on vacation! HFBC ROCKS!!!

Rich is absolutely the best. No need to be intimidated, whether you're new to exercise or are just coming back after a long time of doing other things. He will motivate and encourage you while making you laugh - he's approachable and relatable. Try it out and see the difference to your body and attitude after just 1 month. Highly recommend you start his program.

One of the best decisions I ever made... I joined HBFC initially 7 years ago and because of a demanding work schedule (workaholic) I had to stop. Joined again in 2014 and never looked back. Rich is a great trainer and motivator, the workouts are both energizing and sweat worthy. Everyone at the shop is cheering you on... so there aren’t any crazy attitudes. We all help each other out. Misery loves company. Lol! In all seriousness, this will be my 5th year at the shop and I know thanks to Rich, I’m more healthy physically and mentally. Rich has the patience to make any workout fit your level. 💯 burpees... no problem! Thanks Rich for the variety and fun workouts you lead.

I started going 8 years ago, when I was 59. I am still going, a little slower and not so much lower. Rich does an outstanding job of providing alternatives and modifications for those who have soreness or challenges without calling you out in front of the group. My goal is to keep moving and Rich is a great support in that effort. He expects the best from us because he wants the best for us. It's a fun, stress-free environment that keeps you focused on overall health. And I love going at 5:30 in the morning so I can start the day all smug about exercising!

Healthy Fit Boot Camp is awesome. Rich is knowledgeable, a great coach and a great guy. He understand fitness in all aspects and knows how to drive you toward results. I started at HFBC 18 months ago on a Groupon. I'd been running exclusively for years and wanted to be fitter all around. I started and was hooked. I am stronger than I thought I ever would be. That feeling keeps me motivated. I hate to miss my group classes! It's unlike any gym experience I've ever had. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
