The gym also offers numerous classes and a daycare center, making it great for families. Staff members generally receive high marks for friendliness and professionalism, contributing to an inviting atmosphere. However, the gym is often crowded, and members frequently report maintenance issues with equipment, cleanliness, and facility amenities such as saunas and steam rooms. Over crowded especially in Summer. Showers always have a mold and really bad order coming from drains. Showers drain are always covered with thick slimy soap scum. There are Always nats/insects flying around in and on walls of showers. Sana and steam room are too small and over crowded. Perverts think it is cool to sit naked in steam and Sana with bare sweaty ass and genitals all over seat. Un-Sanitary! Toilets don't flish completely, always floaters in toilets. There are 3 inshape gyms in Tracy and not one is open past 11pm.

Love this club! They have everything....but too expensive.. and I don't go often enough to make it worth it. (We need a Planet Fitness out here! -- if only In-Shape could offer that sort of deal! They would be booming.)

In shape has pretty good monthly rates for a club that haa private classes a sauna and steam room. If you're in DC a membership like that is 120 bucks a month easy.

The main and larger location is well stocked with good excercise machines. Newly remodeled indoor pool is definitely a plus. Good variety of classes and usually kept clean

I'll start off by saying that membership is quite expensive with the cheapest starting at $99.00 with a $34.00 per month dues and a once a year maintenance fee of $24.00 (approx). If you add this all up and at the cheapest membership, it's not cheap! With membership, you get full use of the facilities weight room, pool, tennis court, bike machine etc.The parking here is terrible in that during the workweek, everyone is here after work and parking is at a premium. Sometimes, I can't find a spot to park.By 9pm the lot starts to clear but this place stays busy until 10pm.Overall assessment is that you can get a fairly good workout and exercise provided that others don't stop to yak with you.

I will say the staff here is very nice but, it smells, its disorganized, old mismatched equipment, crowded equipment, way too many people. Drove around the parking lot for 20 min last night waiting for parking spot it's half the size they need rather they have too many customers. Locker rooms are in disarray and no hot water for 2nd week. It is the only gym in town with a decent day care.

This gym is nice. The workers are friendly. I like the amenities: multiple workout rooms, yoga studio, classes, Sauna, pool, daycare, outdoor area, tennis, basketball, racquetball. Sometimes the machines are broken but there's plenty to choose from. I like there's constantly classes going on. They are currently doing a lot of updates and upgrades. It's not super fancy but it's also pretty affordable, each month there promotions.

I am so sorry this place has such bad reviews. I was looking for gym to workout and attend Zumba classes during the week in addition to my weekend classes. I guess I better keep looking. :(

Good environment with friendly staff. I enjoy being a member. Only thing they could change to make it better is to have the kids club open on weekends.
