I was lifting on my own for a few months but due to improper form while using my Tonal I caused injury to my wrists. I was told I could no longer lift and needed surgery. I received physical therapy instead and started feeling a little better. I wanted to lift again so I initially reached out to Julius to help with form correction and he has educated me on proper form and has came up with creative ways to do a particular exercise so I would not worsen my condition or reinjure myself any further. I have to say I was skeptical at first doing training virtually but Julius was able to correct my form and for the past few months I have been using my Tonal successfully without further injury. I continue to use Julius now for not only form correction but for personal training as well!

I have known Julius for about 10 years and have worked out with him 1 on 1 and in a group setting. I recently had a baby and just started to go back to the gym. Even though I'm in Stockton now and don't travel to Tracy to workout with him, I’ve still been able to use all my past knowledge and experience. I have the confidence to do it on my own. I know how to workout and how to push myself but not too hard. I'm not simply trying to lose weight but getting stronger and feeling better. Working out with Julius has been one of the best investments I’ve ever done for myself.

Been going here for a while , NOT an open gym, Julius is a personal trainer so only has client training one on one. If you want it he will tear you up, in a good way.

I am glad that I joined NuEx Fitness almost a month ago. I am improving day by day since I joined. My activity tolerance and endurance has improved a lot . Prices are very reasonable. Staff is friendly and pay attention to each one of us to perform all the exercises / activities correctly.

I've been training with Julius for a year and a half now. He's extremely knowledgable in fitness and the human body. His ability to zero in on his clients wants and needs are impeccable. I bought a shelf here for my Tonal. I also bought a bunch of fun additional accessories for my Tonal . I am so happy I found NuEx and Julius Jones. I love my Tonal and have just completed 300 workouts on it. Adding in some of the accessories I purchased through Julius has added a little bit of new excitement to my workouts on Tonal and now not only are all my standard Tonal accessories all displayed and organized but so are all these added accessories. Julius knows how to place all the locks onto the shelf and space them out so all your items fit and look good. The shelf is nicely finished and is very sturdy as long as you follow his simple directions and mount it to the studs. I just measured off my Tonal which is also obviously mounted to the studs. Julius can also help you plan exciting and specific workouts using all your Tonal and new accessories. My wife loves to see things neat and organized and she is very pleased! So why not add one of these shelves/organizers to your already cool looking Tonal?

I would love to get a huge shout out to Mr. Julius Jones!!! He has been hands down the best trainer I have ever had he is motivating and patient super funny he makes working out extremely interesting and exciting. I have been in Tracy for over 26 years and I have been to several gyms in the community and nothing compares to NUEX FITNESS. The establishment is immaculate. The staff and other members are friendly. Julius has several certifications in health and fitness and is highly educated in this area and has a great deal of knowledge to share. I have been attending regularly for less then 3 months and I am down 20 pounds. If you want a body transformation This is the spot!

We bought two shelves from NuEx Fitness to accompany our Tonal machine, and they are awesome! They are strongly crafted, easy to install, and were customized based on the third party accessories that we have. We love being able to store our accessories neatly, off the floor. These shelves really complete our setup!

I’ve been going to NuEx Fitness with Julius Jones since February 2019. I’ve done group classes, virtual personal training with the Tonal equipment and one on one personal fitness training. In these short 10 months I’ve gotten the best results. I’m stronger, leaner and much more flexible than ever before.
