I take the kickboxing classes at Destiny Olympic Taekwondo. The people in the classes are lots of fun to work out with and there are lots of laughs. The instructor of the class makes the workouts, challenging and lots of fun!!Also, the Taekwondo Sparring Team, has just competed in the National Championships in Minneapolis July 2019 and brought back 4 Gold medals and 4 silver medals.
