Staff interaction has gotten somewhat better, while others just ignore you. Be ready to wait for stuff and feel crowded if you go past 4pm. The equipment works well, but the customers almost never return things. The dumbells are left all over the entire gym. They also moved the bars to an area that has no place or benches to use them...makes no sense. I'm hoping they read and fix it cause the manager does care. The management has definitely stepped up, and the gym is always very clean and in good working order.

I’d like to see less cardio equipment, more variety in other type of equipment (ab wheel, large exercise balls) - and get back to the extended hours! It’s too crowded!

I just called to cancel my membership because I haven’t been going as often. When the employee picked up the phone he literally says “yea, you can try calling Monday.. someone will be here, cuz I don’t know how to do it” … as someone who works with the public that is really an unprofessional thing to even say…y’all need to really consider hiring better workers that also know how to do their job. With all kindness.

Unsanitary by 9 Pm they removed all spray bottles night shift specially this person that work 8/2/23 is very disrespectful and rude he does nothing but be on his phone all day long got nerve to tell me to leave instead of fixing the problem I say call the cop just to get a spray bottle they left with the bottle 15 /20 min why not take one from each station and come back get the other bottlesNot fair

Planet Fitness of Ewing. What can I say? I've been a member there ever since it's inception. Gone through several managers, staff & renovations.At the end of the day, I'm grateful to have a Planet Fitness so close to home. I'm there 5 to 6 days a week. Sometimes twice a day.I just wish the staff worked more as a team. Often, there is no soap in the Men's room. Often, there are machines that are not operational that go unchecked for long periods of time. Some of the staff are friendly but some need more supervision. They should have staff that only clean & maintain the gym.
