I can go on and on about how great this gym is. Been going here for about two months now, transitioning from doing only powerlifting movements. I can’t find a single complaint. From the introductory classes (yes they are separate fee and well worth it) teaching you the proper techniques of each and every lift, to the coaches in each class continually helping you and pushing you, to the welcoming community of lifters it’s been amazing. The gym has an amazing mix of of experienced to new lifters, no egos and all just there to make ourselves better people from when we walked in.If you’re in the area looking for a great workout, awesome community and place to push yourself, this is the place to be.

Fantastic group of coaches. Programming is a spot on with enough focus on indiv movements and skill work to help you challenge yourself and progress. ESCF is a community and not just a box.

I have been a conventional gym goer for many years then one day about 1.5 years ago i drove past ESCF and thought let me give it a shot..So glad i did over a year in and i'm lighter yet stronger than i've ever been! The team did a great job teaching me to perform super effective olympic lifts, proper techniques, tips and tricks, and so much more. Learning them was a breeze with the coaches help. The program they implemented has kept me free of injury the whole time. The only thing better then all that is the like minded community i am surrounded by daily!

This is my first time doing CrossFit and initially I was hesitant because it seems too difficult as an ousider! The coaches helped me trim down the level which is appropriate for me but also challenging to make an impact on the body. As the day goes by it feels great! Important lesson learned is to keep coming back as it’s a long term investment on your body!Thank you East State CrossFit!

Quality fitness center. Made me feel seen and welcomed from day 1. Have a variety of price points to meet different needs. Tons of coaches and all are on the same page. Community that cares about its members.know all athletes by name even after the first session. Take the time to do detailed warmups. Clean and well cared for facility.
