Strained my left lower back from squatting, within one 30 minute sessions I had a drastic decrease in stiffness and increase in range of motion. I was scared to perform certain movements because of pain however with Coach Habeeb’s meticulous cues and deep knowledge in this field, I was able to engage in a pinpoint accurate training program that assist in strengthening my weak supporting muscles, increase range of motion while decreasing pain. If you want to be stronger on your left and right side, contract and feel muscles you did not know existed and improve your breathing control then this is your guy. And he is quite funny.

While I only had the opportunity to work with Habeeb for a short time while I was home from college over winter break, I learned so much in such a short period of time. Very helpful in terms of building strength and agility, injury prevention, and just learning proper technique. Habeeb also takes time to explain the science behind things when coaching which I really appreciate. Overall a great experience and would recommend to other high school or college runners.

My personal experience was one of a kind. This was my first time getting this kind of training and I’ve always seen and heard people talk about getting mobility training online and I was afraid that if I did this I wouldn’t see the results. I was wrong, I go to him 3 times a week and I seen instant results. Not only do I feel good playing but I feel more confident in my game because my body feels the healthiest it’s ever been. Habeeb is a great coach and is always answers my questions descriptively and helps me get a better understanding of everything. I am grateful to have him as my coach and if I hope you guys trust in him just like I have and he won’t disappoint. THE BEST IN THE AREA!!!!

Working with Fluid Motions was the first time I actually had a successful experience with personal training. Habeeb’s knowledge of the human body is incredible and he used it to make a routine that was totally unique to my needs. I wanted to increase the height of my ollies and kickflips and within the month I had concrete results. The best part about working with Habeeb is that he doesn’t just tell you what to do, he explains why you are doing what you are doing and you leave with a much better understanding of your own body. I would 100% recommend working with Fluid Motions to anyone who is serious about progressing themselves!

Sport: BasketballI walked into fluidmotion thinking I understood how to rehab and strengthen my body but I had no idea how much I didn’t know. He helped me rehab my sports hernia, squat form, and knee pain. I had the 2 workouts a week package and after just one month 90% of my knee pain was gone but I was also stronger and more flexible. Habeeb had great energy every workout even when I didn’t have it which helped me push through. The organization is the most impressive part of FluidMotions, the interviews, contracts, workout logs, facility cleanliness were all professional. You can tell from the moment you step in your getting your money’s worth. I am now a professional basketball player in Portugal and he gave me a winning chance at this dream and more to come. Habeeb is wonderful. I am so pleased with his effort in training my son. He is very focused has a very good understanding of the athlete he is training and curate the training plan for best results. In very short time, we are seeing improvements in balancing and strength and able to play better soccer.

I started working with Fluidmotions the summer before my freshmen year of college soccer, and they made all the difference. Habeeb has this way of combining the mental and physical aspects of the game, that I never got to experience before. I'd never been able to really lift heavy without getting slow or being in pain, but that's not the case at fluidmotions. I can lift heavy, still feel good, and still improve my speed. And the mental toughness that Habeeb made me use definitely prepared me for college preseason. I can't wait to go back when I'm home.

Habeeb is an excellent trainer, he is skilled and knowledgeable in body movement and strengthening the stabilizer muscles! Takes his time to adjust a routine for any fitness level. His work outs help to elevate some of my nerve pain. Habeeb is a great person, he is well worth the money!

Fluid Motions is one of the best places to get right in Mercer County. I’ve trained there for nearly a year and it helped me a lot with my wrestling training. Before I went to fluid motions, I did not have good posture in my wrestling stance, but with the exercises that Habeeb taught me at fluid motions made me 10x better than I was before.
