Don’t go here.Like many other reviews here spanning over 7 years, the front office is terrible. It’s a shame to have instructors working so hard with students while having an administrative staff that are so unprofessional, incompetent and rude.My wife and I had our child in programs here for maybe 3 sessions. When we signed her up for a 4th we drastically changed our plans for good reasons and were not going to be able to enroll her after all. We ended up reaching out to the gym to inform them and ask what our options were before our child ever attended her first class of the session.Of course we understand there are policies when it comes to cancellations. They even offer a credit towards future sessions if they can’t return the funds by the agreed upon due date(so they say) but that’s not the issue here. We understand you have to have cancellation policies to secure enrollment and pay staff. Again. Not the issue here. We understand the policies are listed in the enrollment emails. Again not the issue. The issue is when you call to speak to the right person about the cancellation itself and can’t get a hold of them for 3 weeks. When you leave a voicemail with your name and number with request and and they say “we have no record of a voicemail” without even checking. As a matter of fact the exact words of the admin on the phone were “annnnnnnd why would you expect a call back?”It gets worse of course. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone they said they won’t consider offering a future credit from the time we tried to reach out multiple times….but instead will consider a refund ONLY from the time we were able to get a hold of them …. That’s absurd considering how it took so long to get in touch because of THEIR own lack of communication and follow up.Gymland, delete your voicemail if you don’t plan on checking messages or corresponding with your customers. It’s that simple. Delete your voicemail since your staff say they have no record of voicemails immediately as a response to customers without even putting them on hold to check if there are messages from them. Delete your voicemail since your office person responds with “annnnnnd why would you expect a call back?” There’s no point in having a voicemail.Worse than all of this is the demeanor of the staff in general. You read it time and time again in their reviews on this platform. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. You work far too hard for your money to be sending your kids to this establishment knowing you will be treated the way so many people in these reviews express they’ve been treated. If the people in charge carry themselves this way with parents, what kind of experience are you really going to get for your children?Bad attitudes make bad businesses period.Don’t go here.

My son and my daughter likes gym-land so much, they have great time. But on the other hand, "the woman "in the office never helps, she answers questions like a scolding. When you need help, wait for someone else to come if she's in the office. She didn't let me watch my daughter with my young son and we waited in the car with my son.

Here are all the TOP REASONS why you should avoid this gymnastics at all cost. I would agree to all 1 star review posted. The 5 star review could possibly be from parents wanting their experienced kids to continue here. To me this rating was based on lack of FOCUS, ATTENTION & PASSION to teach kids.1. As you can see in the picture circled Red, the instructor hardly pays any attention to ensure kids are doing things correct. 7 kids with one instructor and imagine the quality of training provided? Think before you enroll. Unfortunately Google does not allow uploading videos to show actual concerns.2. The instructor asks my kid to train on bare floor. There is no safety padding foam for first-time kids. My kid injured her head badly on floor and the instructor never paid attention to help.3. For all first-timers, they ask you to fill the paperwork and they don’t tell you its a personal injury waiver form. They consider it’s not the responsibility of instructors for providing wrong directions nor paying attention.4. There was a staff at front desk who never give proper directions as to whom to meet or who will help. I was waiting for instructor to arrive and take my kid with her for more than 10 minutes. Finally, I went to front desk again and asked for the instructor. She asked to step forward and have my kid seated with other kids who are already warming up with the Instructor. Nobody even guided us properly who was the instructor. Really confusing instructions.Do yourself a huge favor by avoiding this gymnastics. You will be glad you did.

Gymland -Arena is amazing. I love this gym, they do a great job of keeping the kids safe, it’s super clean, and they are very positive. If you are looking for a rev program for your kids hands down this is the right gym. We have never been happier.

We've only gone twice now and this is review is for recreational 'littles' classs as my son is only 2 but we're happy so far. I like that they control the class size. We went to another gym and there were always people doing trials, one class there were like 15 kids... One reviewer here commented that she got turned away because there were already too many kids in the class, while I understand her frustration, I also appreciate that Gymland controls their class sizes - which perhaps she'd appreciate once she was paying for the classes.

My daughter takes classes at Gymland and loves it so much that we booked it for her birthday party. Two weeks before the event, they cancel the reservation to host another event. They offered to credit us $100 if we reserved her party for another date; otherwise, we were offered nothing for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I do not recommend hosting anything here or else you may be left scrambling last minute to find another location!

My daughter has been taking classes here for several years. She likes her teachers, and they have a good balance between pushing them and having fun. Her skills and confidence have been steadily increasing. I see some of the bad reviews about open gym and front office staff and I'm sure they are true, but this place is primarily a real gymnastics training program vs. a fun place to drop in and blow off some steam.

Our daughter has been going to Gymland for quite a few years. My husband has also attended the adult classses. We love this place! The staff are all helpful and friendly and the coaches know how to take each child to the next step. The students don't spend time sitting in line but are continually in action. I would highly recommend this place!

The Front desk lady with short brown bob was very rude. This was our first time to an open gym and we spent $50 for my boys to go, only to ask to leave after 45min. My youngest asked to leave after 10min but I made him stick it out a little longer. They felt so unwelcome and frankly, I did too. Also, I still have a headache from the smell. Yikes!

We love Gymland! We have been going here for the last five years and I can't say enough wonderful things about the place! I have studios closer to my house but I feel it's worth the 30 minute drive. The entire staff is friendly, the instructors are fantastic, the gym is very clean and they offer so many classes. My kids have learned so many different gymnastics skills and are always being encouraged to try something new. I would highly recommend this gym!
