My husband and I have been members for almost 5 years. Love the place, well kept and maintained. It has all the equipments I need and so lucky that the location is so convenient for us. Also, the staff are nice and almost all members are courteous and friendly.

If it were possible to give this gym less than one star, I would. Due to physical health problems I’ve had for over a year, I stopped visiting this gym in April, 2018. I didn’t mind the fact that the monthly membership fee continued to me automatically charged to my credit card. Around July, 2018 my credit Card, LL Bean Visa was canceled by LL Bean and replaced with an LL Bean MasterCard. Nobody from the gym contacted me about my credit card being rejected, but instead they charged me late fees and penalties, which resulted in a collection agency billing me approximately $250 for about four months of missed dues. On top of that, the collection agency notified the credit bureau, which resulted in my credit score dropping at least 125 points. When I brought this to the attention of the office manager, she told me that I should have informed her of my new credit card number. Incidentally, I joined the gym in October of 2010, two months before it even opened. In addition to destroying my sterling credit rating, which took me a lifetime to achieve, the gym is unsanitary, inasmuch the people running it refuse to put out disinfectant wipes for people to clean the equipment after they use it.

for the price, this gym can't be beat. it's clean, a good amount of equipment, and the cleanliness of the locker room / showers puts my significantly-more-expensive new york city gym to shame. tremendous bang for the buck.

The employees are nice and are always around the gym cleaning, throwing out trash, and racking the weights. Good environment, and everyone is helpful trying to get you where you want to be. No one is judge mental at all.

They don't know how to put a no parking sign in a spot and then decided despite their inability to do so to harass me while I was naked in the shower. My home membership is Hamilton so I guess they just don't care about service when it isn't their $ so they screwed Hamilton by being unreasonable and stubborn on something that is their own incompetence.Wish they spent nearly as much effort cleaning the moldy showers and dirty equipment as they did making sure the boss could park in his unmarked parking spot. It's gross- I just went because it was convenient. Time to join K85.

Attempted to try the gym using a 1 day guest pass that I received on the retro fitness website and they wouldn’t accept it.It’s important to have some form a guest pass for gyms because users will want to know things like what equipment is offered, condition of equipment, etc, before they purchase a membership. Almost every other gym offers this service.

My gym still needs to keep people from fake exercise.
