The pool heater keeps breaking down over and over over the past couple of months. This is not what I signed up for. When I called the manager he refused to give me any type of credit for all of the weeks that the pool was freezing cold. I only signed up with this gym because they advertised a heated pool and they don't have one on a consistent basis.

This gym closes randomly without notifying you, no signs on door no emails. i live 20 mins away from this gym it happened twice when it was not even any holiday and also changed their hours from midnight to 11pm. That sucks....One time they had party going on in the gym the dude at the front desk said i can eat at the party but not workout. WTH bro, I came to workout. Don't make any sense.

The facilities are GREAT & FIRST RATE. There is value for the money. HOWEVER if you value you eardrums STAY AWAY. The music is too loud. On occasion I get a headache form it. They like playing RAP MUSIC. No, I am not asking for a BEETHOVEN SYMPHONY or a VERDI OPERA -- just play quiet music that will not shatter the ear drums.

Amazing place with top notch equipment, pool, field and group classes. But the worst part is the Aquatic Manager who is very rude , yells at little kids and in one instance my son came crying to me and does not want to swim again. They are not organized while enrolling to the new classes and always cause a confusion.

I signed up for a membership over the winter. I left the y since they had no where for my daughter to practice soccer. When I sign up for a membership I asked if they had any soccer trainers. I was told no they only had performance endurance football type training. I ask these questions so I wouldn't run into the same issue that I had at the Y. So when I came in with my trainer and my daughter I was told we couldn't do it this time in that time and I shifted I moved I spoke to the director she told me to come at 4 or 5 before the softball team came. So I shifted my schedule around I started coming in at 4 one week we came in at 5 yesterday. While my daughter is training in the field house Mr. Johnson the owner walks through and starts to ask questions about the trainer. He was nice enough to let us finish. I just don't think its a good business practice to have your staff tell me what ever to get me to sign up or a membership then go back on every question I asked. I'm sure was a misunderstanding, but if you read the other bad reviews it stems from miscommunication from management to their staff. He did ask me question though is it good business to let people use your equipment for free. I don't think it's a good business to lie to your customers to get him to sign up for a contract on a membership and then tell them they have to pay $75 for 30 minutes on the field house when I was told by the staff I had to pay $20 to let a guest in for my trainer. Am I not allowed to have guests?

Complete Disappointment and dissatisfaction with the private swim program at TEAM85. Every single lesson I had scheduled had been rescheduled or cancelled and usually at the last minute, via text!! I found this to be extremely unprofessional and has left me with a less the favorable impression of Team85 but my son was enjoying himself so we kept going. I asked to be switched to another instructor for the remainder of our 10 week program because of the unprofessionalism of the first instructor and this was honored. The 2nd instructor was wonderful for the 2 classes we did have with her but after that no one ever reached out to me again and would not return my calls or emails to schedule additional classes for my 4 year old son!! I paid upfront and in good faith for 10 Private Swim Lessons….4 of which were poorly scheduled and put together and to have only had 6 lessons in total, without anyone reaching out to me to schedule additional lessons was very unprofessional and shows a blatant lack of respect for members of your facility. I requested a partial refund for the classes my son did not receive back in June and have been given the run around for months. No one ever responds to my emails or phone calls and I have elevated my complaints time and time again, to no avail. I have never dealt with such disreputable and unprofessional customer service in my life and will never recommend this facility. Although the facility is aesthetically beautiful, it seems they pay more attention to the look and feel of the building then their members.

I really liked the gym, classes and the facility, it is really nice. But I am really disappointed with the swim class and the private swimming classes. The instructors are very rude, they yell at kids and always screaming that them. Instead of supporting and giving the kids a positive assurance they call the kids lazy and say you did a bad job today. I know some kids take more time to learn, all they have to do is to reinforce a positive and encouraging environment. I will never put them back to the swim lessons. My kids always liked to be in water but after joining team 85 they are no more liking swimming. They have created a fear in my kids.

The facility is great and it's why I signed up in the first placed and stayed there for 2 years, until they had "billing issue(s)", good luck trying to get a Manager to speak with you in regards to all the overcharges, instead I got a rude front desk person, who kindly suggested that I should monitor my statement better, never mind they messed up on the billing. When asking to speak with a manager, "in a meeting or busy" is the normal response, I think I had a better chance to meet the queen of England. However, a manager was able to speak with the front desk person and provided him instruction, just too busy to come out and actually speaking to a paying guest. I walked away so upset and ended up driving back to the gym to cancel my membership, normally the customer service staff would want to know why you are cancelling, is there anything they can do to make it better. Not Team85, "just let me check to see if you are still under contract" is all I got. for over $700 a year for one person, you think they would treat you a little nicer.
