Friendly staff and friendly people coming all coming together for a fun and intense workout. Whether you've been around for years or its your first time everyone there is motivating one another. I cannot recommend TITLE enough.

Title Boxing is the place you want to be to get in shape, and stay in shape! Their trainers are incredible, with each bringing their own style keeping every class fresh. Highly recommend you give it try!

Enough breaks to keep you pushing. The set up is great! The music and atmosphere is so uplifting. Anyone can do these at their own pace it’s what you put into your workout at the end of the day

When you walk in, you’re greeted with smiles and kindness at the front desk. Matt, the manager, is very sweet and makes you feel at home. Title Boxing, TROY is like a family, and everyone welcomes you. No one judges you or makes you feel like you don’t belong! They have trained, MMA fighters and boxers that teach the classes, that are skilled and willing to help you on your form and your exercise journey, as much as necessary. You can also take private lessons and work inside of a ring one on one, if you prefer. Also, they have a strength class that’s challenging, as well as classes for people who are diagnosed with MS. AMAZING!! So, whatever your exercise goals are, you should consider the free trial class, then consider joining this body sweat drenching, challenging, fun activity! I’ve gone to 4 classes in a week, and I’ve lost 6lbs already, with a proper healthy diet, of course! Thanks Title Boxing TROY!!!Dena

The Troy Club is Awesome!! I did the 6 Week Challenge and beat the 6% goal!! I lost 8% body fat and I’m down 9lbs too!! I would recommend this place to anyone! If you go try out Anthony’s 60 mins classes, he rocks!! Thank You Everyone at Troy Club!!!

I joined title boxing for the 6 week challenge, and it was the best thing I did for myself. Not only I was able to lose weight and reach my goal o 6% loss of body fat but they also helped me get in great shape and learn some health eating habits!!! The whole program is amazing and there is an awesome team behind it all cheering for you and proving support and tips to better yourself when you feel stuck like I did in my 3rd week of the challenge. I totally recommend title boxing to everyone out there looking for a place that not only can get you in shape and healthier but a place that you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the front door, to managers, trainers and other participants boxers. Go title! You can do it! Believe in yourself!!!

5 visits in. Great workouts. All of the trainers are really helpful. Cardio is more fun hitting a 100 lb bag versus a treadmill. They have a lot of class times so its easy to fit into your schedule.

YES YES YES! Title boxing is the place to be. I was a part of the 6 week challenge and was able to surpass my end goal! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the amazing support and motivation I get through every trainer and staff member at Title. Walking into the challenge, I had no idea what I was doing and have never boxed a day in my life. Within minutes I felt so comfortable because the trainers walk you through step by step and make sure you’re good and comfortable throughout the whole workout. Every time. All the trainers are so great and interactive, they walk around with hand mits and make sure every person in the class is being engaged with. Thank you so much title for allowing me to take this step into better my life! Hit it hard!

This place is amazing in every way. Great instructors - kind & patient (for those of us who walk in knowing nothing and need a lot of guidance ;), and I've never gone to a place where I looked forward to it kicking my butt. AND I've never done any other without where it was fun and whether I got quick results.ImI not currently able to go (knee injury elsewhere), but the SECOND I can, I'm signing back up!!

Honestly, I’ve never had a better workout anywhere else. The trainers are amazing, the classes are always great and are continuously challenging enough to keep pushing you further.The best part for me is not having to think about the workout other than just getting myself there.Also, Title follows up with you if you haven’t come to a class in a while... which I absolutely appreciate!
