I like that the workout is challenging but also fun. The enviornment and trainers subconciously make you to want to do better and improve yourself. If that's what you're looking for, then TITLE is the place to be!

Jesse was amazing he kept the energy and always made sure we stayed moving and gave us a little extra attention to improve our skills. I had fun and can’t wait to go again!!!

It was quick, included lots of different workouts to keep you going, ensure you sweat (A LOT), and leave like you actually did something. I'm not signing up yet as i have long term travel coming up, so maybe after that..

Title Boxing Troy is amazing. All of the trainers really take the time to get to know their members. I currently drive past another Title gym to go to the Title in Troy because it's that great!

I thought the trainers were really good and friendly. I loved the work out and the other women that showed up but the NON training staff are soooo frick'n pushy with the membership options. even before i came to the boxing club i felt like it was a pushy establishment. normally u sign up for a class, and the place will send an email and maybe call. title boxing sent an email, called one day and then called again the next day. i felt like i was being hounded. after the class, the sales/staff person showed me the options and that was fine. but when i said i didn't want the membership she tried to figure out why i didn't. i told her why and then she tried to come up with how the membership could work around that. Then i gave another reason and she again tried to say a membership or one of the more costly options would work around that. I just felt like i was constantly being pushed to do something i didn't want to do. I really wish the sales/staff team would be less pushy and just let ppl decide for themselves. IF it wasn't for the trainers and the workout, i would never want to come back bc it is just feels like i am being hounded. Idk if the establishment tells its employees to push the more costly deals or what but please stop!

I've been a member at Title in Troy for almost 2 years. In those 2 years, I've had classes with almost all the trainers. I highly recommend joining and taking classes on different days and times to learn new techniques from each instructor.

I've had a great experience since signing up. The classes have taught me some basic boxing form and exercises that I can use on my own. All of the instructors are uplifting, personable, and bring a unique flavor and angle towards achieving your goals. They push you to be and do your best. After going several times in a week I noticed significant changes in my agility and strength. Now that I have a few moves, I can enter the gym and use as my personal dojo to unleash some creative aggression on the bags which is really rewarding, healthy and fun.

I have absolutely zero experience with boxing but I wanted to try something different. The first class I went to was such a great experience from start to finish. I ended up getting a membership! The facility is very clean and organized. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions or offer any help you may need. It’s an incredible, challenging workout and it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. The trainers at Title Boxing encourage and push you through to the end. I look forward to every session. I highly recommend!
