I haven’t worked out here enough but I’ve got the best intentions. The massage chairs are great when you have bad circulation or sore everything. Tanning is loud but that might have just been the folks tanning in the next room. This location is the only one I’ve used so far but there’s alway tomorrow.

A lot of space and equipment that's kept clean, including various bench presses, squat racks, cable machines, isolated leg, core and arm machines, a turf area and a bevy of treadmills. Very popular on weekday nights, might have to wait a few minutes to use certain equipment. The staff has been helpful and respectful.The monthly and yearly fees are affordable at around 15 per month and 50 per year. Higher monthly fees will get you access a theater and pool, among other things,but I can't comment on the quality of those because I'm cheap.

This place looks nice but it's was to small for all the equipment. There's way to many people there all day .way over priced and they charge extra for a late payment. Staff was nice except the manager. Do not waste your money. Planet fitness is way bigger and better and cheaper

This is a great gym but overly full, rush our there is no space to park and even less to workout, I mostly just go for the classes, love their yoga and Zumba instructors

Both the 22nd street and the grant location are awesome!! Clean, workout friendly,staff is knowledgable and super caring..end the workout with a hydromassage
