For as long as this company closes their gyms at 8pm on the weekends, they're getting 1 star.*Response from the owner*Here is my reply to that response: Working professionals expect to go to the gym after 5pm, even on weekends. The weekend is also the time that most people are able to go to the gym because most people are busy during the week. This is a transparent attempt by Chuze to lower their operating costs during the busiest hours of the week: Fri-Sun. How do they save costs? By simply not operating during the busiest hours. By contrast, Planet Fitness is at least open until 9pm. It is now 2023. It has been 3 years. You do not get to use "shutdowns" as a valid excuse. We are not stupid. Opening at 4am is not an offset for an early closing. This is not a region-specific issue either. You close the gym at 8pm in three states. Enough corporate greed. In 2 months my wife and I are canceling our memberships for good. I would cancel sooner, but you guys just hit me with an annual membership fee. That is the only reason I am not canceling today. I do not anticipate changing my review any time soon in the future.

I visited the Craycroft and Grant location to work out with a friend. Staff is very friendly and professional, have a smoothie bar there, great amenities such as sauna, pool, cardio theater, and hydro massage. Very clean and well organized. Have all the equipment to get a full workout in and plenty cardio machines. Decent free weight area and dumbbells over 100lb. Definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with my experience as a member here. Friendly staff, love the hot tub and hydromassage. Great smoothies too!

I have the basic membership, and the price is right for a good mix of cardio, weight machines, free weights, and open workout areas. It gets a little crowded in the afternoons, but there is usually plenty of space and equipment for everyone. Good mix of customers, and everyone feels welcome. Most of all, they keep the place clean, and people put their weights back when they're done.

I've been a member for several years. I had to take a 2 year break, first from the COVID closure then from an injury. When I returned, the staff was more than helpful in getting me restarted. They restarted my membership, reacquainted me with the lockers and helped me set up the WiFi on my phone. No frustration, all with smiles. I'm so happy to be back at the gym but happier I'm back at Chuze!!

Grant location- OVERCROWDED, and with the limited hours they’re open and personal schedule it’s almost impossible to get a full workout done. The steam room is the highlight of this place as only one other gym (to my knowledge) has one.22nd location- small, odd layout, no spa/sauna/steam room.Kinda weird to offer access to all locations if all locations are different

I joined Chuze Fitness Grant and Craycroft,Tucson, AZ about 8 months ago. I enjoyed my initial 7 day pass and decided to get a premium membership. I enjoyed the overall environment and the friendly staff at this location. But today something has happened that I believe requires your immediate attention. Today, I decided to go for Hydromassage which is my usual routine. I realized that there was only one person at the bar and he seemed busy. So, I , being unaware of the gym policy, activated one of the hydro chairs on the computer. This computer was on the bar side of the gym and in plain sight of the said employee. I understand that this was a poor decision on my part and I should have waited for the employee to activate it for me. He immediately told me in a rude tone that this is against policy and his specific words "what establishment can you go in and do this?". I told him that he seemed occupied and I did not want to burden him. It seemed a trivial thing to activate a massage chair with a click when I had the hydro massage paper slip in my hand. He immediately replied that I was arguing. Anyways, I had activated chair 1 and this said employee said " you will go on chair 4 not 1". I asked why? since all the chairs were unoccupied. He told me because he said so and told me to leave because I was apparently arguing. I refused to leave without an explanation for his rude behavior. Then I went into the hydro massage room and lied down on chair 4 and this employee disabled that chair. I found this behavior really disturbing and unprofessional. It was evident that he was trying to flaunt his authority excessively. When I went back to the front desk he said "Now you will leave!". I protested this rude and disrespectful behavior to another employee at this location. I have enjoyed my time at this location and made friends with people in the gym and the staff members and never once have I experienced such an unprofessional behavior within the premises by staff or customers. I was told by another employee that the said gentleman is "hard headed, strict with the policies. Finally I went back to the front desk and apologized to him and again tried to explain that I was not aware of the gym policy and was just trying to lessen his burden. Again, he was rude, unapologetic and authoritative. I hope you will take this matter into consideration and improve the professionalism of the staff members and may add a touch of courtesy in their behavior. This is not a decent manner to treat the customers. This gentleman had a mustache, long hair and was said to be the lead supervisor. Time to look for a more professional place!

1st time there. It was a nice facility. Lots of equipment to choose from all in good condition. Busy but still able to hop on the weights I wanted in a reasonable amount of time.
