My trainer Ashly has been amazing. She keeps me motivated and on track. For the first time in my life, I’m seeing and feeling results. In the past year Ashly has helped me get from an “A” frame to an “H” frame, and I’m now starting the journey to a “V” frame. This is the longest I’ve worked with a trainer — and the longest I’ve ever consistently worked out.Ashly goes beyond overseeing my strength, endurance and muscle growth journey. She helps me focus on the reasons I’m working out, and on figuring out how to clear the roadblocks getting in the way of my progress. She’s helped me understand that fitness is rarely a straight line. There will be ups and downs, zigs and zags, but the most important thing is to get back on the horse, keep showing up, and stay consistent. With Ashly, that’s easy to do that because she’s such a pleasure to work with!

I have had several trainers in my lifetime. Manny Zarate is amongst the best. He is well educated in his craft. Manny teaches you what muscle group you are working on so you can follow along as well as have a good understanding of what he is teaching you. Manny is extremely cordial and makes all of our workouts enjoyable.

I’ve worked with Logan my personal trainer for a year. He’s helped me push through my personal barriers regarding strength training. His patience and humor makes the hour long sessions go by quickly. Thanks to his sincere efforts, I’ve made huge progress with my fitness. I can see and feel the results and couldn’t have asked for a better trainer.

Sarah Saba has been my trainer at Prestige Fitness for the last six months. She has been extremely helpful in reaching my fitness goals and I have improved greatly under her direction. She is ready and eager to begin my workout after I have warmed up on the treadmill. She is always on time or has let me know if illness or something has delayed her or made her cancel the training session and has worked with another trainer to sub for her. Although demanding on my finishing the sets she has designed for me, she knows when to let up and not push me over my limit. I would gladly keep working with her if I were not leaving the area for my summer home in Utah.Tom Prall

Prestige Fitness has the best trainers. I’ve been working with Sarah Saba since October and she has been fantastic. She’s meticulous about form and really knows how to get results. She’s very encouraging, knowledgeable and compassionate.

My husband and I have been members since just after the gym opened. From the start it was a smaller facility with great equipment and excellent trainers. Trainers who became our health and fitness partners. Our current trainer is Sarah Saba and she has Lured us back from COVID confinement very well. Our sessions fly by. Haleigh is a great massage therapist and next week I’m starting the posture program with Tabitha because I’ve heard such great things. Hope to see you there!

Prestige is great for personal training and individual attention. My trainer, Ethan, is very knowledgeable (degree in exercise science), helpful and supportive. I've been training there for 8 months and I'm really pleased with my progress and results. After major surgery and not nearly enough activity during covid shutdown, it's been tough but well worth it.

I have only good things to say about Prestige. Ron, an owner, and Tara, manager, are super-responsive and very nice too. My trainer Mike is also great—professional, careful, kind and manages to keep me eager for my sessions with an amazing variety of routines. The equipment is top-notch, and the facility is always clean

I’ve never posted a review to Google, but I had such a disappointing experience at Prestige Fitness that I decided to write a review so that others are more informed than I was when I joined this gym. First and foremost, I want to encourage anyone who’s thinking about joining this gym to meet the trainer they’re going to be working with before they give the gym any money. If I had done this, I wouldn’t have joined the gym and I wouldn’t be in the situation I’m in now. If the gym gives you a hard time about this, I think that’s an important red flag that you should pay attention to.As someone new to strength training, I decided to join Prestige Fitness because I had the impression (from reading reviews, looking at their website, and speaking to the General Manager) that the trainers at this gym would be supportive, professional, knowledgeable, and fundamentally committed to their clients’ fitness journeys. However, since joining this gym, this could not be farther from my experience. I experienced what felt like an endless stream of disappointments, ranging from disengaged trainers to serious injury that resulted in a visit to the ER.The first trainer that I worked with didn't design a training plan for me or check-in with me about how my training was going outside of the gym. She didn’t keep track of what we’d previously covered in our sessions or explain to me why she was showing me particular exercises. She oftentimes made comments about feeling tired or hungry during our sessions, she looked at herself in the mirror instead of checking my form, and she exuded an overall energy of disinterestedness. After speaking to the General Manager about my issues with this trainer, I was reassigned to work with a different trainer. For the most part, the new trainer was an improvement from the first one, but he also didn’t design a training plan for me or keep track of what we’d previously covered. In addition, he missed a scheduled training session with me and didn’t inform me of this cancellation beforehand. But most importantly, I ended up in the emergency room with a diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis after our final training session together in which he encouraged me to perform an exercise that I didn’t feel comfortable doing. I also sustained an injury to my left biceps tendon from this session that required me to fly to another state for medical care. After sustaining these injuries, I reached out to the Fitness Director to tell her what had happened, but she responded indifferently. She did not even ask me what the trainer had done in the session to lead to this injury. So I then wrote a letter to the owner of the gym explaining what had happened. But after six weeks, I still haven’t heard back from either the Fitness Director or the owner of the gym. After leaving the state of Arizona to receive medical care, I lost a job as a result, and now, after six weeks since the injury, I am still unable to workout my upper body. I wish I had never joined this gym, but I did, and so now I hope that at the very least my story might encourage other people to be more careful. If you’re thinking about joining this gym, I think it’s important that you ask lots of questions and meet the trainer you’ll be working with before you give the gym any money. Based on my experience, the way this gym presents itself is incredibly dishonest and misleading. Be careful.

What motivates me to go to the gym? I enjoy my training or more specifically my trainer, Sarah Saba. I have been working with Sarah for several months now. She is perfectly balanced in her professionalism and ability to have a good laugh. I am both relaxed and super motivated to do more as she encourages me through each workout. My routines are varied, challenging, and most importantly result oriented. What I appreciate most is her insistence on proper form so that I can be in this for the long haul! If you are looking for a caring PT. I highly recommend Sarah.
