I have been with Prestige Fitness for a mere month but am beyond thrilled with every aspect of this experience. The trainer, posture coach, nutritionist & masseuse are top drawer/excellent. I am learning so much as I am also already reaching an initial.primary goal which was to heal from a 2 year-long but with chronic shoulder pain.I had seen ads for Prestige for over a year online. I cannot recommend this service-oriented business enough. Thank you, Team Prestige! You are changing my life. This investment is the best way I can insure that my future years are steady, physically strong, steady and FUN!!

Prestige Fitness is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Not only have I received incredible advice on posture, training, and nutrition from certified specialists, but I’ve started to feel the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever felt in a long time . A lot of it too is thanks to a very awesome trainer that works there named Marco Villa. He is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with and has really helped me realize my potential when it comes to my strength and getting back on track with my fitness journey. I would highly recommend him as a trainer if you decide to join prestige fitness not only because of how supportive he is but also because of how much of a growth mindset he has when it comes to getting your body stronger and healthier.

I joined Prestige last May. My Trainer is Roberto Montalvo and he is wonderful to work with! He watches you intently to make sure you are performing the exercise properly for maximum results. As you progress and get stronger, he pushes you to the next level. I am very pleased with the results I am seeing. I also benefit from regular therapeutic massages from Haeleigh Bryant. She is highly experienced and knows exactly how to work those sore muscles so you are ready to go again! Everyone at the club is friendly and encouraging, which keeps you motivated. I am very happy that I found this club💪🏻

If you are not a “self starter” at the gym I wrote this long winded account of my experience starting July 2016. I hope it inspires you to make your health and exercise a SHOULD. “If you have your health you have hope and if you have hope you have everything” If you value your health and know you NEED TO DO SOMETHING NOW, I highly recommend that you go to Prestige Fitness on First Ave near Wetmore andask to meet Hannah, my personal trainer. In fact call them now and make an appt 334-0205. I really never imagined I could commit to getting in shape the way I have for the first time in my life. When it was nice outside we were walking our dogs. Summer hits and that stops. Sorry dogs. Even still that isn't enough exercise to keep your heart healthy. It’s hard to get going. My husband I went to the Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within seminar and faced the pie chart of life. At this point i’m well over 30 and could no longer ignore that this was the time to face the “health” part of the pie. The funny part was it was like Tony Robbin’s says, “write it down and your subconscious will go to work on it”. The UPW Robbin’s event had representatives from a posture fitness outfit called The Egoscue Method and I decided rather than signing up with them over the internet I would look locally in Tucson. Here I found Roxanne at Prestige Fitness. Roxanne is the real deal. She has a great story of recovery and you see she has experienced the magic of Egoscue which works on your entire posture to relieve unwanted pain. (there is even a class once a week taught by her). After our appt with Roxanne I asked to look around the gym. I am always looking for something to get me interested in exercise. (and now my subconscious is working on this as well) What I learned was that Prestige Fitness is a smaller intimate gym with a lot less people than the big chains. There are a lot of personal trainers working with individuals. This works well for you in two ways. One you are not left to just show up and exercise, you actually make appts and you are accountable to someone. Two, it costs enough money that you would be crazy to pay for it and not show up like a regular gym membership, which they also have. I had my first appt to measure my metabolism rate and do complete measurements of my body. That morning I met Hannah, my new personal trainer. She was immediately sweet and friendly like an old friend. She looks Amazing(see picture), and she’s a great inspiration. I immediately liked her and trusted her. As I imagined, I was completely out of shape. We got to work that afternoon. This is KEY. You need to get started NOW. When you are ACTUALLY doing something about your lack of exercise, you are on the right road. I have been working with Hannah now for a month. I am up to going 5 times a week. I pick the time of day and make appts online. She is easy to reach if you have questions and you really feel like you have a personal trainer who cares about you and your goals. When we do the exercises she is great at changing them around, keeping them fun and helping to keep your mind off the fact that you just did a well rounded hour of building and toning. They say exercise is addicting and believe me I find that impossible to believe. At the same time I can’t imagine not training with Hannah at this point. The way it works with a personal trainer is a whole new phenomenon for me but it’s working. I just keep showing up. Don’t wait. Call now. If you want a male trainer they have lots of them too. Hannah is a nutritionist as well as an ACE certified trainer. You know you are getting the best. They have a whole schedule of classes but I have not tried them yet. I love the fact that they are small groups and not crowded rooms like I experienced at the bigger chains. It is an upscale gym and when you get there you will see why. Write down 10 reasons why you have to DO IT NOW, make an appt and you will not regret it.

Jamie was my personal trainer today and I wanted to share my thoughts because I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer in Tucson. Jamie is Low-Key, Energetic, Professional, Knowledgable and Fun all rolled into one. We had one hour and she taught me how to use the Skillmill treadmill. We worked on many different muscle groups for the weight training and did a variety of exercises which were all fun and interesting. My personality is a person who does not like to work out, so I am especially grateful that she did not hold that against me. At times Jamie did the exercises along with me which was fun, and she was careful and patient to make sure that I was doing things correctly. My favorite part was after my hour ended she took the time to do some great stretches which reminded me of thai massage. That was a *bonus*. At Prestige Fitness you can purchase a MYZONE band you wear around your chest and it tracks your progress while you work out, for the month, for comparison and you can add a picture of your workout that day. I added this picture of Jamie and I doing a plank which was after our workout but more fun for my day. I am not into exercise so I really have to look for the gimmicks where I can find them. I left feeling really good about Jamie's workout with me and I would again, highly recommend her to anyone who needs a personal trainer.
