Shelby and Thomas are two of the nicest people you could ever meet. Great instruction and massages are excellent. Highly recommend this them both.

This was my first time at Balanced Bodies, and it was great! Casie was in tune with my body and adjusted her technique throughout my massage to ensure my muscles & tendons responded in a way that served them. I can’t wait to go back!

When my young daughter was inappropriately touched by a strange man in a public place (back in about 2017 I think?) I was totally freaked out and felt completely helpless! I shared this story with someone and they suggested I contact Thomas and Shelby Williams. They had a tiny space and were teaching kids and adults jiujitsu, which is a beautiful form of strength and reflexive and defensive movement. I signed up both my my kids and we’ve been there ever since! In addition to kid and adult jiujitsu lessons, they have a massage studio and in-person and virtual yoga classes. The Balanced Bodies community is the BEST! I’m so glad we found them.

I love Balanced Bodies! I train BJJ multiple days a week and get a monthly massage here. It's a safe place to train and the people are amazingly fun and friendly. I am still new to jiu jitsu but the technique is taught in a sharp and detailed way that makes understanding easy. Being able to do recovery through massage and yoga at the same location with people who are also athletes (or work closely with athletes) is priceless. Cannot recommend enough!

Shelby and Thomas are the best! They make this the best place for Yoga, Self Defence, and Massage. My wife and I had a couples message and it was a very healing experience unlike any other massage I have had. Thank you very much.

Professor Williams is a fantastic instructor! I’ve had the pleasure of attending a clinic run by him and it was a great experience. He truly understands the mindset of the martial arts. He took extra time and consideration to make sure everyone could safely participate in basic grappling.

Thomas & Shelby are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL people! They & their staff make you feel like family. Best message therapy place in Oklahoma & if you want to learn self defense in Brazil Jiu-jitsu Thomas is the man. They offer so much more at their facility, visit their wrbsite. And know that no matter why you visit them & their staff, I promise you, you will leave feeling whole. Hint...their brand name...Balance Bodies.

Shelby does the best Pre-natal massages! She customizes the experience to whatever you want. In my case, I had a lot of swelling in my feet and legs and low back pain. So, she worked on moving my lymphatics and really focused her massage on my low back. So relaxing and just what this mama needed. Thanks, Shelby!

Fantastic instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Yoga. I have been learning BJJ from Thomas since 2012 and thanks to a great lesson format and detailed descriptions, I have grown in the art and plan to continue indefinitely. Yoga instruction is great as well, and is designed for beginners and experts alike. Shelby's BJJ-specific yoga classes have increased my hip flexibility and overall stability. Highly recommended!

If you're an athlete or just an active person, you should be getting a massage regularly. Shelby and her crew at Balanced Bodies are the people to go to for that massage. They are all active in Jiu-Jitsu and yoga. Because of this they have a better understanding of the strains the body goes through and how best to work them out. They've helped me through a couple serious muscle strains and injuries.
