Staff is friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. The gym atmosphere is non-judgmental and multicultural friendly. Great mix of different clients. Technology and equipment is state-of-the-art and modern. Tons of fitness classes to choose from and sauna, tanning, red room are invaluable add-ons. Great price for all inclusive l used amenities.

Hey Crunch - most gyms have their dumbells in a lower setting so it's easier and, oh I don't know, SAFE to grab! First day of this gym and my finger gets rocked because this gym apparently does know how safety measures work.GIRLS LIFT WITH DUMBELLS TOO

Worst staff and manager I’ve ever experienced. They lie about the policy’s and when called out they offer no explanation and just have a dumbfounded look on their face. I would not suggest stepping foot in here as this location lacks integrity and respect.
