I have been going to Conquer since opening day and have nothing but good things to say about this place. The trainers are very friendly and happy to help. The workouts always feel fresh and the gym is always very clean! Conquer has a great community that I'm happy to be part of!

I have been going to Conquer for over a year now and it is by far my favorite gym in Tulsa. The staff is amazing and the workouts are different everyday! It is also extremely clean, I see the owners and trainers cleaning the equipment before each class. Overall, it is an amazing place to be to reach your fitness goals!

The atmosphere, the people, the equipment is unmatched! The trainers are beyond motivating and knowledgeable. I think people may think it's a cross fit workout and it's not. It's a HIIT functional style of training. The best part is you don't have to think about the workout. You show up and everything is already set up and ready to go with options for the amount of weight you want to use. The people are beyond welcoming! They also have nice bathrooms and showers in the locker rooms!

Great gym in Tulsa! The trainers put together a workout program each day and demonstrate each station before the workout begins! The staff at Conquer is very friendly and inclusive. Cannot say enough good things about this gym!

Such a great vibe + workout. All levels are welcome, modify as you need to! Not as intense of exercises as crossfit — more like a HIIT workout. Great coaches too.

I wanted to get back in the gym after a skiing injury took me down for a full year. I started up at Conquer because I wanted to get stronger and build my endurance back. I am stronger than I was before my injury and I love going to the gym! Not only are the coaches & owners fantastic— they feel like friends&family! The people are welcoming and the workouts keep you engaged!

The best place in Tulsa to workout. I live in Texas but I make sure I get to drop in EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m in Tulsa. The energy is fantastic and the coaches are absolutely incredible and motivating. Workouts like you’ve never had. They come up with the most fun and unique moves to work all those muscles. Always super clean and organized and very family friendly!
