And the trainers are top notch making sure that you get the most out of your workouts and that you are not sabotaging your results when you go home. Brenton Robinson is one of the best people I’ve ever got to work with. Definitely one of the nicest person I’ve got to talk to and he pushes me past my limits. Couldn’t ask for a better coach / friend . If your an athlete or a regular person he can get you where you need to be at big or small.

I got referred to Brenton by a friend of mine and very glad I did. I've never worked with a trainer before and he got me lined out with a diet and program to meet my goals. Our experience with Elite has been great! My son is 12 and was ready to learn how to take care of his body and the safe and proper way to work out. Aaron has been amazing with him. Brenton has been a huge resource as a trainer and nutritionist for my personal fitness goals. I admit I did not apply myself early on but he has not only given me guidance but also the motivation to break my bad habits. The Plans are clear, concise and easy to follow. Aaron has been my trainer now for over 2 years and He is wonderful!! He has extensive knowledge and experience in fitness and nutrition and has helped me learn and put into action a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. His workouts are tough, challenging and never boring. He is always advancing our group and challenging us to work through new exercises and encourages us to push hard to achieve our fitness goals. We did not miss a workout during the pandemic as Aaron adapted to the ever changing environment and circumstances putting our workouts online and making sure he adapted the workouts to be as challenging and productive as they were in the gym. Elite Training has some of the most responsive trainers, even if you’re unable to attend a session in-person. I have been following Michael Wittig’s journey for many years and he has been a motivational leader on my own journey. Recently, I got injured while working out and have been struggling emotionally with how my goals may be impacted. Michael took the time to respond to me immediately after I messaged him to ease my mind and offered to keep in touch throughout my treatment/recovery to ensure I get back to the level I once was. Truly a godsend!
