First of all, this place is amazing. The facility is very well organized and clean. They have a TON of unique options to use. It’s not overcrowded and the patrons are all respectful people (you won’t see people blasting their own music, not wiping down or hogging equipment). Spend 10 seconds chatting with the owners and you’ll feel extremely welcome. Membership is very reasonable and hours of availability are also fantastic. I only wish I had found this place sooner.

My kind of gym. Usually pretty empty and a lot of free weights.

This place is great! I stayed at the Hyatt. They have a gym for pretty much cardio only. I found the forge and was happy! I was able to dead lift, bench press and squat. They don’t have a lot of machines but the basic power lifter can get a nice work out. The ownership was really kind and hospitable. They made me feel comfortable. This is a good place with good people!
