Worst experience I've ever had. After waiting 3 to 4 weeks trying to get someone to sit down, explain a few things and take my money, I finally was able to join. Then after they took my money, thats when more issues happened. Took 3 and half weeks to get my key tag, have a guest added to my account and even get my account fixed. I reached out to the regional manager because the store manager would never call me, I finally got things fixed after I sent an email to him. Still never heard from him,, only a guy named BT. ( car sale mentality, and wouldn't let me finish a sentence and over talked me the whole time.)glad to be a "coachable moment "for them but it still never gave me agood feeling for the future. I'm a National sales Manager for a large company and my employees would never be allowed to be treated like I was, Good luck, hopefully you have a better experience than I. CRUNCH looks good right now

Still love this place! Lockers leveled up!Friendly staff. Predictable service and cleanliness. Dry sauna is awesome, 180F and higher on a consistent basis.

Have been going here for around 9 months and I am impressed by how well kept this location is! Locker rooms are always clean and stocked, and the machines are fixed very quickly when broken.

Went as guest with my brother. Tyler at the desk was wonderful and answered all of my questions professionally! Really great facility. Would highly recommend
