I've been going to HotWorx almost since they opened in 2019. It's a great workout, very addictive! I've seen extremely positive results. The owners and staff also are great people that keep the facility clean, stocked appropriately, and in working order. Highly recommend!

HOTWORX has helped motivate me to be consistent with workouts again. You have a wide variety of workouts to choose from and the gym is open 24 hours to cater to your scheduling needs. You don’t have to worry about not being in the best shape of your life because your virtual instructor will NEVER judge you! Just come as you are, give it your all and you will feel AMAZING after you sweat your heart out.

I LOVE this gym. I’ve never been able to keep in a routine with a gym and I wake up everyday ready to go. The infrared heat makes muscle recovery so quick so I’m not dying for days from sore muscles which makes it even easier to go every day. I have nothing negative to say. 100% worth it.

I love working out at Hotworx! It feels like you’re doing something really good for your body. It’s super hot & it will get you sweating pretty much immediately but totally doable getting through a workout. The benefits are well worth it! I sleep SO much better at night on the days I get a Hotworx workout in. It relives tense muscles and improves flexibility! My skin even feels smoother!! The staff is super nice and helpful as well!

Update!! Still a great place to work out I lost 30 lb before the covid-19 shut down. I gained back 12 lbs during the shutdown but I've lost 2lbs again since starting back up. Great place to work out come try it out.This location has a new owner and is opening this week. They are good people and knowledgeable about the infrared sauna workouts. I got to meet the owner and see the facility. I have tried the infrared sauna workout on the hot blast stationary bike and it is absolutely wonderful. You will sweat and burn calories, lord knows I need it! I look forward to using this facility. When you go by, tell them I sent you

The owner is extremely rude, condescending & belittling of customers. She bans people from the facebook page when she doesn’t like them questioning why they haven’t opened or had any progress in 6 months. She also can’t keep employees because she can’t pay them. I would go to the 41st & Harvard location where it’s owned & run by a much better business owner & much kinder franchise owner.
