I absolutely love dropping in at Koda. I’ve done a CrossFit since 2010 and I’ll never use a box with terrible coaching… the coaches at Koda are top notch, without a doubt. The atmosphere and family feel there is outstanding. You won’t go wrong if you’re in town and need a box to break a sweat in!

Tommy has been great to talk with while finding a local CrossFit gym. While not joining, will be dropping in on a Friday to train with a friend. Tommy has already made me feel welcomed throughout our communication together and I could t ask for more. If I switch gyms for any reason, his will be where I go.

I visited Tulsa for a business trip. Our flight didn’t leave until the afternoon on our last day, so I stopped by here in the morning to workout. It was much bigger than the CrossFit I go to back in Virginia. It had everything I needed to do my workout. I’ll likely be back in Tulsa next year, so I’ll probably stop by again then.

Was in town for a couple of days and needed a place to train, great facilities with a wide range of equipment. Very clean and super nice staff made it a great atmosphere to train in. Would train here if I lived in Tulsa.

I always have a great time jumping into workouts at Koda Tulsa. The workouts are challenging and they have great coaches that help you get better through form corrections and encouragement. Highly recommend.

Koda Crossfit Tulsa is more than a gym. Crossfit gyms can seem super intimidating if you are new to it. I've heard it all, "I have to get in shape before I check it out" or "I could never do xyz..." Everyone has to start somewhere and the community at Koda Tulsa is like nowhere else. We encourage each other and go through highs and lows together (in the gym and out). If you are looking for a place to grow and belong, this is it!

Out of all the CrossFit gyms I have been too in or around Tulsa, I would say Koda Tulsa is the best by far. Just all around great community to be a part of. If you are new to CrossFit, a competitor, or just want to stay active they will have a program for you! Highly Recommend!

After moving to Tulsa from Denver, we tried out a few CrossFit gyms in the area with pretty high expectations: we looked for 1) a friendly community, 2) strong and helpful coaching, and 3) well-balanced programming that focused on strength, skill work, and metabolic conditioning. Koda met all of our requirements, and we couldn’t be happier with the gym overall. Every class is composed of athletes from all skill levels, and best of all - everyone has a fun time working out.I’ve been doing CrossFit for 5+ years, and at Koda for about 4 months. It’s by far the best CrossFit I’ve been a member of.
