Joe is great! Down to earth, knows his stuff, builds your confidence and is helping me enjoy getting my body back to being healthy. The studio is very comfortable, while modern and not scary like I have found most gyms.

Going on month 3 with Myside Fitness. I’ve been doing remote (online) training since day one. I lost over 100lbs in the past 5 years before hitting a wall and staying around the same weight for around a year. Since starting with Joe, I’ve lossy an additional 10lbs while gaining muscle that I’ve never had.Joe sets me up with weekly programs that are perfect for what I’m trying to achieve. He’s awesome about answering questions I have pretty much anytime.I can’t recommend Myside Fitness enough. By far the best training I’ve experienced.

I can’t say enough good things about Myside Fitness, and Joe Dufresne. In a very short time he’s helped me to recover my heath after many years of inactivity & less than ideal diet choices. I travel a lot for work, and when I’m on the road, Joe’s keeps me moving forward with online programing, and he’s been very contentious of a couple of old injuries I have to work through. He’s extremely enthusiastic about fitness, and gives welcome strategies for avoiding the pitfalls that can stand in the way of fitness goals. He’s been a great sounding board, and ally. If you need a personal trainer, this is your guy.

I've worked with over four personal trainers in the Tulsa Metro area, and Joe is hands down the BEST TRAINER IN TULSA! Joe put together a personalized and comprehensive workout plan for my unique goals and helped me stay motivated and accountable. Not only is Joe knowledgeable and has the technical training experience, but also he is down to earth and an overall great guy!

I love having Joe as my personal trainer. When COVID hit I canceled my big gym membership and spent many months not being very active. At the big gym I was always wandering around pretty lost so making the decision to have one on one personal training is the best thing for me! He really explains how to properly do every exercise so you get the most out of your workout! I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for a affordable personal trainer.
