I dropped in while visiting Tulsa for Business. Coach was super welcoming, people were friendly and they have A/C. Will definitely come back in my next trip!

I joined the about RSC program about 2 weeks ago and the workouts have been challenging, but fun. I was referred by a friend and it has been one of the best decisions I've made in awhile. I have alot more energy throughout the day since I started the workouts. Stephanie is a great trainer to work with and I have loss over 10 lbs since I started! I would recommend this program to anyone trying to get fit while having fun!

We travel a lot for work, and I was looking for a new gym to do the Murph with. Okie crossfit invited me to do so. After Murph, I didn't hesitate to sign up since we will be here a while. A bunch of class times to chose from, and you leave the gym feeling accomplished because the programming is excellent. Very happy to be a member here!

The support is there even if you doubt yourself. Even when I have wanted to give up just starting Rommie said the right things not to keep a client but because he is a coach and knows what you need before you. If you have the opportunity to try do not give up like me for other reasons you will not regret it. I hope this company will get all the accolades it deserves and I only just touched the surface.

Just started at the gym two weeks ago and had never tried CrossFit before. I was so very nervous but all the trainers have been so nice, encouraging and great at tailoring the workouts to my (beginner) level of fitness. It’s a fun but very challenging workout and the time passes so quickly because of the diversity of the exercises, great music and upbeat atmosphere. It’s a little scary trying something new (especially at 39) but I would highly recommend giving it a try!

This is a fantastic spot to drop in! I’m from upstate NY in town for a few days and I felt right at home. The coaching was on point and the members were exceptionally friendly. This is now my go-to spot when I’m in Tulsa!
