Scammers… They were very nice when my wife was trying to enroll for membership however they didn’t provide accurate information about cancellation. When she requested cancellation in January, they said that they require one month notice which is appropriate however, when we called in February for cancellation, they said that they cannot cancel the membership without paperwork completed one month before!! Which they didn’t tell us in January. We requested paperwork to be sent to home and we never got it. We just realized later that they keep on billing my credit card without informing us.

I love the group fitness environment, and the coaches are so motivating! Watching my splat points go up throughout class is also a huge motivator. I have done so many different kinds of exercise classes and gyms, but Orange Theory checks all the boxes for me!

No women’s deodorant in the bathrooms. No lotion either like midtown. Treads and bike were decent. Front desk said I owed for a class but they didn’t know to remove and re-add me to fix that. It got fixed. Music was meh but I like old school ESP templates.

I love that from the coaches, the front desk staff, and all the other members - everyone is always encouraging each other to go father, lift heavier, and push past the limits we tend to put on ourselves. Plus, there’s always a cause for celebration. Community is everything!

OTF, to me, isn’t just a “gym”, it’s a community. The business model is obvious to see, the members come first. My OTF, South Tulsa, is like a family. I truly enjoy seeing the staff, the “old” members and the new members. We recently had a member hit 1000 classes. The staff went all out (pun intended) to make this a special occasion with balloons, treats, selfies with the member, etc.Go to a gym to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Stay at a gym that makes you feel like family. OTF!!!!

The staff were very welcoming and willing to help while I was at Orange Theory. I love that the workouts I can do at my own pace especially since I haven’t worked out in 7 years. Such a great and fun environment to work out in!

I really enjoy that I don't have to think when I come here to workout, I just show up and do whatever the coaches tell me to do. This takes away from the stress of going to the gym. I also get a much better work out in with the coaches than I would just working out on my own. They push me much harder than I push myself. The environment is so positive, and all staff members are always very helpful. I love that we use heart monitors to track our progress, it makes working out feel more like a game, trying to get as many points as possible!
