This has been the best cross training work out for my long distance running. It’s helped me get quite a bit faster than I ever thought I could go! The coaches are wonderful. I got from 3-4 times a week and it is worth every penny!

“Is she 60?”…. I laughed so hard when I saw the new Orangetheory TV ad. Are they talking about me? Believe me, if you are a woman who is 60 years old, you can do this too. It’s different everyday! Having the coaches there to cheer me on and give suggestions is like having my own personal trainer.I love that I’m completely done with a TOTAL workout in an hour. My body transformation was amazing. I heard “You look so healthy!” all the time. I didn’t loose a lot of weight but my body was transformed. So I’m adding Downtown St Pete, to my list of OTF favorite (Midtown Tulsa, Ft Lauderdale, Dallas) locations!

The workouts are so awesome! I love tracking my progress with the heart rate monitor and seeing it on the screen during class. All the coaches I have experienced are excellent - great energy, very encouraging, knowledgeable, and fun!

I have been a member since they opened! It’s a great place to workout because the coaches push you and if you can’t do a certain exercise they will show you a modification. You can also see your heart rate, calories and splat points as you are working out which allows you to push yourself more than you would. The staff and coaches are friendly and are there to answer any questions. Plus your first work out a free! So come try it! What do you have to lose?

Love the organized workouts (I need it). The workouts have a near perfect balance of maximizing strength and conditioning while still minimizing risk of injury. Coaches also strike a perfect balance of being energetic and encouraging without being over the top or annoying.
