The row coaches keep you on pace in an organized manner to help you keep improving. That is the main reason for participating in a class.

I've been involved in several sports, and I say with confidence that Row House in Tulsa is a top-tier studio of which I'm proud to be a member. The coaches and office staff, the merch, the different types of workouts, and the music are all excellent and make enjoyable experiences for anyone. Regardless of background or fitness level, everyone will feel welcome here and will get a great workout suited to their individual ability levels and needs!

I have been rowing with this group for 3 wonderful years. The staff and coaches have been wonderful throughout the years.I was looking for a workout that was easy on my knees and I found it! Rowing is probably one of the best workouts for cardio I have ever done. I love that you can go to a class and row, lift weights, use exercise bands, etc. It’s not just rowing that whole time. Unless that is what you want, then there is a class for that too! They make the experience fun by having themed rows, Brew with the Crew, and partnering with other fitness entities such as StretchLab.Keep up the excellent work Row House South Tulsa!!

Row House has been a great experience for me. The coaches help me to practice good form, and they keep me engaged during the classes. The staff are encouraging and add novelty with themed classes. Great music and atmosphere. It has helped me to have a form of aerobic exercise that is safe for old injuries.

The classes are great. I would love to leave a better review than this one. However... I request 2 months ago that my membership be cancelled because of ankle pain and difficulty making the class times work with my schedule. I did this over the phone because verbally is the only way to have a membership terminated. There is no option to do that through the app. I have continued to be charged on my credit card despite requesting a cancellation. I have called numerous times since and they do not answer the phone. I have left messages and those have been ignored. I am extremely frustrated with this inconvenience and having to continue to try to contact them and request that my card stop being charged. If I don't ever get a refund, this will be reduced to a one-star review.Edit: They never contacted me back or gave a refund, so I contacted my credit card company to stop any more charges. After all of this I keep getting emails from Row House saying I owe another $55. Review reduced to one star.

I recently signed up for classes after not working out for several years. It's been excellent. The classes are great, both in terms of substance (rowing + off-machine work), and instruction (instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and enthusiastic). Would highly recommend for anyone, regardless of fitness level!
