I joined this gem of a gym back in January of 2017 and was there for almost 2 years before I moved too far away to make it feasible for me to go. Now that I’m back in the area I will be joining again. The atmosphere is unbeatable and Mike does a fantastic job at making you feel at home but also giving you your space when you’re lifting. It is the perfect Olympic/powerlifting/functional lifting gym. Mike has set up a truly special place for people to come to and lean on each other for advice. I think my favorite part is diversity of the members. Young/older men/women. I know when I show to sign back up Mike will make it feel like I never left. If you’re ever in south Tulsa you must check it out!

This is the one and only strongman gym in Tulsa. They have the widest variety of functional equipment in town. Their trainers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They even buy the most expensive toilet paper to provide to their members! That should give you a good idea of how much they care for their members and put the money from your monthly dues back into the gym.

I have both worked as a trainer and simply interacted at Styrka as a member while training out of another gym and can wholeheartedly recommend this place in both capacities. It is a smaller place but that just adds to the charm and close-knit vibe. Rarely will you have to wait for any piece of equipment and the gym itself is kept clean and never gets crazy crowded, even during peak hours. When dealing with a pandemic in a southern state, this is paramount!

I've been a member of Styrka for the last five years and it's perfect for me! I now own my own studio gym but I still come in to Styrka minimum of once a week because you can't beat the community and equipment variety. The machines are all top-of-the line and well-kept and the owner is excellent about communicating if anything ever comes up. Best gym I've ever been to!

This place is a good option if you are visiting town and looking for somewhere to exercise. It is 24/7 and you use an app to enter during off-hours. The owner is responsive and during waking hours usually gets back to you within a few …

Great gym. Primarily free-weight based - excellent equipment quality and quantity for essentially no waiting at any time of the day. Being open 24/7 is underrated. Mike, the owner, is very helpful and works hard to make this a welcoming gym for all levels of fitness. While I personally have not utilized using a personal trainer, the few interactions I have had with them have been very positive. The PTs are very invested into the success of their clientele, in meeting all levels of fitness goals.

This is the best kept secret in Tulsa! I have yet to find another gym in the area that has as 4 dead-lift platforms, 5 squat racks, and a competition bench. Not to mention all of the other equipment in there. …

I dropped in for 4 days on a business trip. Excellent gym! Everyone was friendly, the gym was clean, bathrooms were clean, and they had everything I needed to train. For any Olympic lifters out there, they have 2 platforms, set of jerk …
