Vertical is more than a gym or a box. It is a community of people that all work together to make each other better physically & mentally. We hold each other accountable and encourage each other when someone needs it. Doug and all of the coaches at Vertical do an amazing job of knowing what each member needs and scales or accommodates workouts as needed. They truly care about you as a person and want you to be the best version of you that you can be!

I had never done cross fit before and felt a bit intimidated by the idea. But the environment at Vertical Limit Fitness is pretty awesome. Doug is a great coach and although he pushes us to continue to improve our fitness level, he is more concerned with us keeping good form and being safe. The group is very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The encouragement I receive from both the coaches and the group makes me actually want to go workout!

Vertical Limit is a great crossfit-style gym that really focuses on you, as an athlete, and the goals you are trying to achieve. The trainers are very knowledgeable in all aspects of functional fitness and can tailor make a game plan for you whether your just beginning, just jumping back in, or an advanced athlete. You get the personal training style intensity while being with a group of people that is all working together to be a little bit better than they were yesterday. The trainers stress proper form and safety while still pushing you to your limits. There is a variety of clientele in the gym, so it is easy to find a group of like-minded people to help bring you in to the Vertical community.

I recently joined Vertical Limit Fitness, and it is the place to be. It feels like home when you enter the gym, and you will feel like you are truly part of a family . Everyone is recognized, and called by their name, everyone works together, and all are pushed and encouraged by Coach and all the members. All workouts are scaled for each individual, and each day you will be pushed to be the best you can be. I highly recommend Vertical Limit Fitness and Coach Doug Decker to everyone, including all ages, professions, and athletes. Being an athlete on a professional and Division 1 level I can sincerely say, that you will receive the best coaching there is! Vertical Limit Fitness is the place to be!

If your goal is to be the best version of yourself then Vertical Limit Fitness is the place to be. Vertical has two separate class types. Base camp and Vertical X. The beauty of having two class types is that it fits a broader range of people to help achieve their fitness goals. Whether it’s fat loss, muscle building, conditioning, Olympic lifting, strong man, you name it, Doug Decker does a great job of balancing all of those things to make a balanced athlete. Vertical has a solid Rogue Rig for multiple uses, brand new Olympic lifting platforms, concrete trail, large space in back for outdoor exercises, etc. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Vertical. The community in the gym is awesome and everyone is in there with the same goal in mind. Get better today. Tons of encouragement and coaching to make sure you are not only going hard and pushing yourself like you never have before but making sure you are doing the movements correctly so you can continue to get stronger, leaner, faster, more explosive and stay healthy.
