The associate in the shoe department he went out of his way to help greatly appreciative.. great service

Does anyone even work here? It's so packed with stuff it's like you're exploring an uncharted jungle and anywhere you turn something might jump out at you or fall on you. I came looking for a glove and I waited longer for someone to check out than it did to pick one. The price was basically same as Amazon so that was nice.

Great Sporting Good’z Store!

Very rude the white male at the desk was not responsive at all . I greeted him when I walked in and he said nothing . I asked him a question and just sat there . His eyes were very red and he kept giggling at nothing . He then got out his phone and started using it so I thought it was weird that he was just laughing for no reason I didn’t want to stare too long and be rude so I minded my business but I grabbed an item and as I was walking up he didn’t seem to still acknowledge a customer so I just simply left. Could be a lot of different people to work there .

Display clearly marked all shoes 30$ and under, picked up some shoes that were displayed along with boxes of the same shoes on the display, they charged me 50$ for the shoes! Clearly false advertising!!! Talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do and would not take the sign down!

I took the time out to help my disabled son return a bat he bought which was in perfect condition. He told me he always has problems with the store employees there. My son has Autism so he has difficulties explaining his situation at times, so I went in there to return it for him and right off the bat the lady Celina in there start saying every store she has worked at has told her she couldn't return bats which wasn't true, I had her call the manager and he had to educate her on the policy of returning the bats and that she could return bats. I wanted to complain to the corporate office since things like this had been happening to my son in the past. I had told him not to shop there anymore since he felt mistreated by some of the staff plus they were quoting policies that didn't exist to turn away customers. A lady named Sarah at that store really gave him hard times also.

Big 5 will never get another penny from me or my family. They kicked me out because I refuse to give up my American right and not wear a useless mask. News flash folks, the mask mandate (not a law)will be over in just over 48 hours. Good job losing a loyal customer.

Always some great deals and good selection. The staff there are always helpful and friendly. When their stuff goes on sale you can get amazing deals. Really cute active wear clothes too. Something for everyone. A must shop place for camping trips. They have stuff you didnt even know you needed til you saw it. Highly recommend this location for a staff that goes above and beyond.

Nice group of workers. I appreciate them helping me in a fashion they don't normally do. Yes they have a limited supply of ammo so come down early or call in ahead to make sure they have what your looking for. To many items to list all at reasonable prices
